Before I began coming to Jada in 2023 my scalp was constantly dry and always flaking. Since 2023 Jada has fixed my dry scalp, grown my hair, and provided excellent service to me. Jada is always on time, she provides an amazing shampoo which is like no other shampoo I have ever had and she takes the time out to educate her clients about their hair and different treatments they need. My favorite thing about going to Jada is that she doesn’t rush through a hairstyle she dedicates her time to each client and truly cares about them leaving the shop happy! She takes the time to ask questions which I love. If you are looking for a stylist who literally can do it ALL. Please book and you will not be disappointed.

It is a wonderful place to get pampered. The stylist are amazing I love watching the stylist braid hair it is amazing it is a show and the results are fantastic. My stylist Jazz is fantastic she has me looking fabulous just washing my hair is oh so amazing . Every one of the stylist there knows their craft. This place is my guilty pleasure. I will continue going to Bangs and bragging about the beautiful stylists with the big smiles that create outstanding looks for the customers. Oh by the way my name is Carol!!!

I had an appointment with Alexis and she was phenomenal. I’m a curly girl and she gave such good advice on products to use to improve moisture. I’m glad I finally found a stylist who listens and styles natural hair. She she did a updo that I love. I have gotten so many compliments!

BEWARE! Absolutely ?% unprofessional. The owner is horrible and the stylist will do a horrible job. Then will make excuses to not fix, redo, or compensate you. DO NOT GIVE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

Iris Joy HayesThis was my first experience with Bangs. I should have gone to my stylist in Solon, I was lazy and didn't want to drive to Solon. My daughter-n-Love and my sister get their hair styled with different stylist. They told me they spend no more than $65. with a tip. Edith was my stylist. My appointment was at 2pm. I have fine naturally curly hair. I received a cut, wash and conditioner (I thought the wash was part of the experience, it was not $50. for a wash) the total cost not including a tip was $118. No perm just a wash, conditioner and mouse of which she could have kept. My stylist only charges me no more than $35.-$50. with a tip. Never again. 1st two pics after I got home and saw what was done. Last two after "I" washed and styled with my naturally hair. My hair isn't evenly cut one side burn is much larger on the left than the right. Thank GOD my hair grows fast. I am not a happy camper. Never again.Services: Hairstyling

I attempted to book a makeup appointment with a popular MUA.I had a wedding to attend and I wanted to look nice. I placed my booking a month in advance knowing that this time is a busy season with Proms and Graduations. I received an email May 3rd stating “We are reviewing your appointment request. Please look for a follow-up message soon. Thank you.” Never received a follow up message at all. Not an acceptance or a denial.I felt this was extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending her or this salon again
