“Stellar customer service! Chrysler could not upgrade the first generation touch screen console on my 2017 Pacifica to be compatible with Car Play. I decided it was worth upgrading the console and Auto Sound Security and Access was recommended to me by both the dealership and my long time auto mechanic. I am glad I followed their advice and called Auto Sound. Matt was my first contact and ordered the component upgrade and scheduled the installation once the part arrived. The new system worked perfectly but the assigned home and work buttons were a challenge to program. I asked if there was an online manual and there was not. I was told to stop back at my convenience and they would step me through the process. Craig helped me figure it out. It was not intuitive, as sometimes happens, and he sat in my car for as long as it took to get everything the way I wanted it. And after everything was programmed, he wanted to make sure everything worked, so we spent time running through the apps to get me acquainted. I have seldom received such thorough and pleasant customer service. I know they specialize in sound and offer many services. If you need an upgrade on your car, look no further. Call them!”

“I abhor car shopping but Leikin and my sales person, Ryan, made it actually pleasurable. There was no high pressure sale and they were very transparent about everything. They washed the car and filled the tank (something another popular dealer did not do weeks ago when my daughter purchased). Ryan even followed up a few days later to see if everything was okay. “Super work, great price, trustworthy. I had a 2008 white pearl Santa Fe, and someone hit my right passenger door. Mr. Wall (a no-nonsense down to earth gentleman) looked it over, and gave me a great price and timing. This was in 2012. All the work was done on schedule, and the paint match was stunning given he had to match paint that was a factory color but had faded a bit after 4 years. My wife and I could never spot a difference in color, whether bright daylight, under garage lights, or on a cloudy day.”

“If you need ANY kind of auto body work done, drive immediately to Jon's Garage in Solon. Jon and his family are friends, so I knew he'd do a good job, but I wasn't prepared for what an EXCELLENT job he did on my car repair. He not only obliterated a twelve-inch gash in my rear quarter panel, he matched paint perfectly, and the repair is completely invisible. AND, he totally detailed the car (which I didn't request) - my car looks just like it did when I drove it away from the dealer! Quick service and a very reasonable price - highly recommended!!”
