Incredibly rude and disrespectful. The owner followed us to our vehicle screaming and cursing while my 2 young children were in the car because we didn't have the title to the vehicle because my fiance just got out of the hospital from a broken back. He threatened us before we left and made my children and I who already have PTSD from escaping a domestic violence situation the previous year have panic attacks due to his violent behavior. Would NOT recommend these people to anyone I know and love.

Our car was towed after an accident. The driver was given a car key and lost it. You need to get a written receipt when you give them anything.

Our car was towed after an accident. The driver was given a car key and lost it. You need to get a written receipt when you give them anything. No we are out a several hundred dollar smart key fob and they wouldn't do anything about it when it happened. Incompetent driver.
