Absolutely cannot speak highly enough of Crabtree’s Carpet and Flooring! The staff was wonderful to work with and made our project a priority from the start. From old, water damaged, carpet removal to new luxury vinyl plank installation, the entire process was smooth! We had a limited window of time to complete it and Todd and his team absolutely nailed it. I’ll never shop for flooring anywhere else!

Worse carpet job ever paid a lot of money for one room you can see the seam where they pieces it together our visitors thought we had two different pieces of carpeting. The edges are Raveling up in all seams. Poor job will never recommend this company to anyone.they came out the day after it was laid tried to fix the seam said the more we vacuumed it would become unnoticeable not true. Looks terrible

After a bad experience with the local big box store, we decided to give Crabtree’s a try. We are so happy we did because it was a smooth and pleasant experience from order to install (carpet). I live out of state so needed install to happen during a planned trip. Darren and his team were true to their word—not one glitch! And the carpet is gorgeous! Thank you so much!

This company layed carpet for my sister and botched about a 3x18 ft section. You can see the seam. The company did come back to fix it, took them 15 minutes, and you can still see it. It looks like a different color carpet. My sister paid foer the best padding they had. The brought the cheapest. And argued with them about what they purchased. They did eventually bring out the correct padding. This place is not a place I would ever recoomend.

Crabtree’s just installed all new flooring, both carpet and tile, on my whole first floor. They also carpeted up the stairs and in the upstairs hallway. I’m so pleased with the results! The quality of the products is excellent. I’ve gotten lots of positive comments already.Darren could not have been better in all aspects of his service. He went way above and beyond. I really appreciate all of his help, and will turn to him again when I’m ready to carpet all my bedrooms.Thank you, Crabtree’s!!!

This was a whole house project & I was so grateful for an understanding salesman that walked us through the process from day one! He answered my 100 questions & made sure we were 100% satisfied upon completion. The installers were prompt, professional, informative, friendly, knowledgeable about their product, and worked their magic to bring this project full circle! We just had new flooring installed from Crabtree Carpet we are very pleased with our flooring. Ordering it was an easy process the only difficulty was trying to choose which flooring we wanted. Our installer was Chris, he did an outstanding job! He was friendly, professional and done an excellent job, could not be more pleased.If you’re looking for flooring we don’t think you can beat Crabtree’s. We couldn’t be more pleased with price, choice of selection and workmanship.They’re a pleasure to deal with.

Crabtree’s carpet installed new floors in our window showroom. They showed up on time, did the work that said they would do, and the final produce turned out great. We would recommend them without hesitation. Great local company.
