They were soo helpful with me, my carbon monoxide detector was going crazy bc it was from 1900s lol and needed new batteries and James had very helpful info about my question. Very nice people and sweet employees! 5 ⭐️’s in my opinion!

I've been trying to get them to install propane tanks at my house for about 6 weeks now. I've only called twice about it because I didn't want to bother them but they were still rude and uncaring. They said it would probably be Spring lol. No thanks.

I've been with Arricks for years and they've always gone above and beyond. Don't know why someone would ever leave a bad review. Rude? Hung up on? Seriously?!? They're some of the nicest folks I've met, and I know a lot of people. Thank you Arricks for your prompt, courteous and friendly service!!

Don’t call to ask some questions about services. We ask about 100 gal tanks, they said they weren’t installing. But we had another question about filling, if we had them installed (not them doing them). Was rude and hung up, like they’re too busy for their customers. Considering I had dealt with them for a while. But will be looking elsewhere for any other services!

My experience oh I'll tell you I've never had two bills 2 weeks apart one 354$ 2 weeks later 258$ when I called I talked to the most rudest nasty talking man I've ever dealt with from here he blamed it on auto refill if that's the case how come in my 20 years livibg here this has never happened so u mean to tell me yall come ever 2 weeks on auto refill well then either soneone wasmt doung their hob for 20 years or youre now money hungry if i had a second chioce it wouldn't be with thid company anymore I was loyal 20 years thos is how u treat me .. thanks for nothung
