I waited a long time at counter for someone to cash me out (self checkout wouldnt take cash). Decided to just leave without Mt food. Worker was outside smoking a damn cigar!!

Went to the store on 10/30/2022 the cashier was on the phone the whole time I was in there about 20mins. She was on the phone the whole time she checked me out never said a word to me. What is going on there.
