“It's Ollie's... what can I say! If you are a fan of the old Filene's Basement in Harvard Square, you'll love Ollie's. It's a bit of a jumble the store is a bit worn at the edges, and sometimes the bargains turn out to not to be so great, but with a little care you can waltz away with a genuine consumer surplus. I have bought delicious, imported jams, jellies and fruit preserves at less than half of what they would cost in a grocery store, craft books, home furnishings, and even work pants at Ollie's, and I have been happy with all my purchases. Shopping at Ollie's is an adventure, and a lot of fun! The checkout staff are always polite and friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and parking has never been an issue.”

“I got here at almost closing, but the ladies still were friendly and helpful. It was not the cleanest I've ever seen it, but, in their defense, there were a couple of little kids in the store that I witnessed looking at stuff then throwing it on the floor, but these ladies never got angry, they just picked it up and kept going. Definitely two of the most professional D.G. employees I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you for making my last minute shopping trip so pleasant.”
