“I was losing brake fluid causing a warning signal. Another shop quoted me $900 to fix. Cardinal quoted me $400 to fix two parallel lines, so I went with Cardinal. When I picked my car up at Cardinal, he only charged me $200 and said only one of the parallel lines needed fixed. He uses nickel copper lines as well. It has been 2 months and all is well and brake fluid level has been fine. How many shops do you know that do quality work and charge you less than their original quote when you go to pick it up, and far less than other shops?”

“I had just bought a brand new electric scooter, but I was having trouble pumping up the rear tire. It was too tight to get a pump on the valve and I tried many different pumps. “First time customer, and now a customer for life!! Also will be recommending them to everyone I know when it comes to car maintenance. Was originally quoted a VERY reasonable rate for front and rear brakes compared other local shops. When I took my car in, upon looking at it they called to say the rear brakes are still good and I don't need them replaced yet. I feel any other shop would have just replaced the rear brakes even though it was not needed so they could charge me for it. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of the owners. Refuse to go anywhere else from now on!!”

“Timeline of events”
The story starts off with me getting a call from a friend. She has a nail in her tire and no tire company around can get said tire until Monday. Today is Thursday. Told by large company that the tire cannot be patched because there is already a patch hole close to where this nail has struck. So we set off on making a few phone calls to buy replacement tires. My friend has a lot of driving to do this weekend and two children in multiple sports so waiting for Monday for a new tire is just NOT AN OPTION . I made one phone call to Elmo’s Tire they got her in within two hours, patched the hole (apparently they are the only ones in Ohio with specific patch material to do this) and charged $32.
