Price listed in ad was the price of the vehicle, no freight, assembly or destination fees added, straight forward pricing. Came with roof, windshield and a winch no extra cost.... These are just a handful of words that I experienced today at Victory Toyota in Marietta OH.
Amber the assistant Manager in the service and parts department went above and beyond to take care of the problem I presented to her.
She was professional very polite and a great listener and very genuine.
This team put their-selfs in my shoes ? and went above and beyond.
I couldn't ask for a better experience than I got today from them.
Thank you to the lady manager, sorry I don't remember your name, that is in parts department for being very kind a understanding, you were noticed in your line of action, for springing into to action when I arrived to have my car worked on while Assistant Manager Amber was in a meeting.
P.S Thank you too the guys and or girls that did the work in the garage don't think I forgot about you, Pat yourself on the back you had a part in this to you took my problem in as a priority and executed it with excellence and perseverance.
For any other works I may have left out in this you rock and sorry my bad.
Lastly I take my hat off to Brian B in service, for noticing in the system that I had courtesy services that i didn't remember I had.

“It was definitely a waiting game from the time I took my 2017 colorado in to have it diagnosed to ordering the parts which were on back order a few days but Cody handle everything very well from start to finish and whoever the mechanic was did an excellent job, my air conditioner is blowing ice cold and my windshield washer is working like it's brand new. The waiting game was annoying but my experience was awesome so pioneer Chevrolet will have future business from me. Business run well when you have good people working for ya, cody is a solid guy and the mechanic who did the work obviously know what he's doing.”

I just bought a small used camper and it had been recommended that the bearings and grease be changed. I was quoted a price per wheel. They later called and said that their inspection had shown nothing was needed and in fact it looked like it had just been serviced and charged me a minimal amount for the inspection. Super nice people.”

They tried some trouble shooting and asked permission for each step. When answers weren't coming up they were honest with me and said I could look at a buick dealership mechanic and maybe have better luck. I appreciated the honesty immensely. “On a recent drive from Cleveland to North Carolina I had some engine problems on my 2020 Suburban, after calling around from the road, John's Auto Repair quickly answered my call and said to stop in, he'd make room for me. He was able to assess my engine needs, find the part, make the repair so I could continue my drive. Incredibly helpful, kind and honest auto repair shop. Highly recommend!”

“Two months after I bought my new car someone put a good scratch in the front drivers fender with their car door in a parking lot. I was lucky and was able to get this persons insurance information to get repairs completed. Jerry's was recommended to me by a few different friends. I called and was able to come in for an estimate the very next day. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire insurance process. I'd never had to go through insurance to get anything done before so this was a huge help! He got my estimate sent off to the insurance agency immediately. When I finally heard back from the insurance agency (not my own insurance) I was able to call Jerry and get an appointment to get my car repaired as soon as I was available to get my car in. Of course I had to set up things with the insurance agency and Enterprise for my rental. I dropped my car off late on a Monday morning and it was ready for me to pick up late in the morning on a Wednesday. The repair work is excellent and you cannot tell anything was ever wrong with the fender! I couldn't thank Jerry enough for restoring my car in such a reasonable time with such amazing work!”
