After having our windows replaced we found out that some of our window shades no longer fit. We called Window Accents and Shaun was out to measure within days and within 2 weeks he had our new shades up. Shaun helped us to make wise selections with cost in mind and was such a pleasure to work with. There’s so much more peace of mind going with a local company and we would not hesitate to call on them again.

Shaun and the team from Window Accents were great! Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. After multiple quotes, high prices, and unable to find someone who could effectively mix matching smart and standard shades, while maintaining the aesthetic of our home, Shaun came in and gave us suggestions we’d never considered and ended up loving. He also quoted us several different ways, so that we could make an informed decision, and he and the team were in and out on installation day in no time at all.

Window Accents is so great to work with! I was out of state for the last 4 months of our new build condo project. Shaun Lyon was able to visit my condo site and get window measurements while i was out-of-town. Christine mailed shade material samples for me to select my shades. And they installed our shades the day we moved in. Window Accents helped make our moving experience so easy! Highly recommended!

They were highly professional, courteous, skillful and reliable from one end of the overall process to the other. When we visited their showroom, we were warmly welcomed, and given the desired freedom to explore on our own. When we were ready, they engaged with undivided attention, patiently listened to our objectives, thoughts, and ideas, and respectfully steered us in directions best suited to fulfill our aesthetic and functional desires. Shaun was outstanding to work with for our 1st floor project. He came over not once but twice as I was indecisive on my selections. He left samples so we could sleep on it and helped me find the perfect selection within budget! He had great communication and was honest about timelines.
