Moving into this apartment community has been a fantastic decision. The leasing team is incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the transition seamless. The on-site maintenance team is exceptional and more, addressing any issues with lightning speed, whether it's a burnt-out light bulb or other very minor concerns. The sense of community here is outstanding, making me feel right at home. Overall, I'm thrilled with my choice and would highly recommend this place. Thank you!!

I literally just signed another lease for Waterford Place. This apartment complex is the best place I've lived outside my mother's house. Every month there is a party/gathering organized by the Management Team, and today we had a Taco truck with FREE MARGARITAS!!! Since we've been living here there has been constant upgrades within our living area (New Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, floor, and lights on the way). The hallways are cleaned once a week, the grass is cut every other day, you receive emails about activities going on in the neighborhood. They really make you feel that everyone is family. The maintenance staff are fast reactors and efficient workers.Very friendly and very kind. By far the best Overall Team I've seen at an apartment complex.

The WORST place I have ever lived. The day I moved in my unit smelled like cat pee, and I have been complaining to management weekly about this. Every time I talk to them, they say it will be taken care of, but here we are a month later. The kids living here are screaming and stomping around all hours of the night, so don’t expect to ever get the chance to relax in your own home. This place is a joke for the price they are charging.

We are looking to rent 2bhk apartment and we took a tour of this place. Megan attended us and was very pleasant also informative. Model apartment looked great. Location is so close to meijer and other shopping options which is very convenient. Overall we liked the place. Thank you Megan .

Waterford Place Apartments is a residential apartment community located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The community is situated on 42 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, and features one, two, and three bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans and amenities.Some of the amenities offered at Waterford Place Apartments include a fitness center, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and clubhouse. The apartments themselves come with features such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and fully-equipped kitchens.

Upon initial inspection, and experience thought waterford place was a great place to live, the maintenance team was always nice, and had great attention to detail and had everything done in a timely manner. The other members in the office have very questionable integrity, they lied about closing lease out early and added extra charges, wrong dates on final charges, even after I paid $2500 out of pocket and prorated days per our agreement, they still ask for more money. Would highly suggest NOT living here(p.s. maintenance team gets 5 starts).

Can't recommend living here. Management / maintenance is fine, but property crime is really bad. Mail is constantly stolen off the front porch / out of the building because the front door doesn't latch / people don't care to shut it. Also had my car broken into and $200 worth of items stolen from inside. Management has been notified as have the police, but they still refuse to place a camera on the front of the buildings to monitor the parking lots. Yet they're fine with putting a camera to monitor the garbage disposal that is constantly overflowing due to them not providing enough dumpsters for the amount of residents. Lots of non-english speaking residents who don't take care of their massive amount of kids. They let them run around in the roads without being watched, they damage peoples property, and are just general nuisances.Summary: Maintenance is nice, management doesn't accept responsibility for their mistakes / keeps letting in tenants that should not be allowed to live here.Added a picture of the overflowing garbage. This happens multiple times a week. They refuse to get a 2nd dumpster.

This apartment put me through the ringer with previous address, proof of income etc for having very minimal amenities, constant inspections and SCREAMING children neighbors.Patio violations for simple things such as a BROOM on the patio.No storage is allowed on the patios of grills and other things even though no alternative storage is provided.The blinds they provide are cheap and basic yet they charge you to replace any broken ones and will cite you in violation if you remove them or use any color other than white for window coverings.Their requirements simply do not meet the actual living conditions of these apartments.The maintenance staff have all been kind, however the company itself is petty and audacious.

We stayed in Waterford place apartment for 5 years. The staff is unfair. When we planned to move, and we told them the date, but they added an extra date and they charged us. When we tried to explain to them, they didn't understand and most people suffering from that problem too. They are so strict because when my neighbor was playing with a ball outside, they took and said to pay $50 then get the ball back WHAT IS THAT??? SO UNFAIR...

Upon Move in we were told we could paint our apartment and If it could be painted over easily there would be no charge to repaint because they are required to pain every apartment in between tenants anyway. We picked a very light grey paint color that the office manager Meegan approved and Maintenance was to paint it before we moved in, for a fee of $250. They initially told us it would take 5 gallons of paint. We bought the paint and then one week before we moved in we were told it would take another 4 gallons of pain. I have painted a lot of homes and it does not take 9 gallons of paint to paint 1000 sq feet. We went ahead and purchased the 5 gallons as requested because we needed to move in ASAP because our home had sold at this point and everywhere else had long wait list. We lived there 6 months while we were looking for our new home. We paid all the fees associated with Moving out early and we cleaned the apartment and even filled in the nail holes and painted over them with the paint that was left over. One Month later we received a bill from them for $900.00. $500.00 of it was for painting the walls. I called them and attempted to fight it but I was told that they would not wave the fee because we had signed the move out agreement that said we would be required to pain the apartment back the color it was at move in. Since their own maintenance department painted the walls, they were all ready the color they were at move in. They continued to send me daily emails requesting the money and was going to report it on my credit. In the end we did go ahead and pay the money because we did not want it to ruin our credit. However I will be contacting an attorney to see if anything can be done.

This place has great management people, I moved in recently and really nice neighbors! Thank you Sarah, Sean and maintenance team, you made my move in smooth and made me feel I am welcome here! I used to live this area 16years ago, I remember Loveland had no that many people like today. Because of great work like this management doing many people moving this places. Best management and they deserve 5stars! Thank you!

Overall, I am pleased with my experience at Reserve at Miller farm. I have not had any issues with any residents thus far,and it is mostly quiet and a nice place to live. No place is perfect.
