I have about 5yrs of experience at this location and I’ll offer a fair review. The retail side has always had friendly staff but the pharmacy has always been adversarial (ranging from mild to passive/aggressive). I always dismissed it until recently. Most people can overlook rudeness but accuracy and precision is not a compromise I’m comfortable with when it comes to prescriptions.

Tried calling about getting a flu shot, the robot answering machine was extremely snippy with me and eventually hung up on me. Very rude.

The Walgreens itself has always been helpful and wonderful... its the pharmacy here that seems to think they dont have to follow federal and state laws. Ya know, for "controlled substances" they have so many laws in place, those who pay cash for a prescription, so you get partials of it, or even monthly prescriptions. The law is, if a 6 day supply is filled, more can be filled on the 5th day. Well today is the 6th day of my 6 day supply i work in the morning and would have to go with out my meds until about 6 pm because this walgreens pharmacist doesnt have to follow the same laws that the rest of us do, she gets to make them up just because. I dont think im going to get much extra of my prescription by picking it up at 5pm on the 6th day. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I encountered a very uneducated manager during my visit to this store today. I provided the manager with a coupon that, based on the terms, was applicable for the product I was purchasing. The system did not automatically take the coupon off and the manager became very confused and then would not apply the coupon. It doesn't speak well for the store when your best candidate for manager is someone who can't figure out that a coupon is applicable just by reading the terms.

I am a long-time customer of this Walgreens. - Jay, the pharmacist, is great! He usually cracks a joke or makes me smile. I appreciate his attentiveness. - There is a lady with blonde hair who is either at the register or behind the pharmacy counter. I have failed to get her name. However, she's a riot! I love a sense of humor when I am checking out and she never fails! - I had to switch pharmacies recently due to a change in insurance. I was sad to have to leave this Walgreens and go to a competitor.

Things have been great since Pharmacist Ann left. The service is fast, and the employees are friendly. Photo is a bit slow for the holiday season, but that happens every year.
