Dealt with the most unprofessional pharmisist today. I don’t know what kind of training Walgreens puts their employees through but it definitely seems like they weren’t taught how to be a personable person working with the public n all. Went to pick up a prescription and they said their wasn’t covered by insurance. Had to pay for it out of pocket. Next day called insurance and they said we should be covered, to come back to Walgreens. Went back to Walgreens and the pharmacist was still saying it wasn’t an updated insurance card it’s from 2021. makes no sense right? So as this lady name Kathy keeps going back n forth w my mom saying she can’t guarantee any pricing to be different and it’s not they’re issue. She also said she wasn’t dealing with a Karen today. Kathy called the another lady to the back and everything. I’m assuming it was a manager. My mom said “I don’t need this right now, I don’t need u”Kathy said “clearly u do” crazy right? We still tell this pharmist lady to recheck the insurance for us because we should’ve been covered weather it was a new year or not. Come to find out, we were covered! The lady then said said 2021 was a donut hole year so nothing was up to date. What the hell that means? I don’t know but clearly it wasn’t our fault at all. This lady didn’t apologize for being in the wrong or for being rude. Kept rolling her eyes. As we got our things ready to leave, I confronted Kathy about being so rude and she was not hearing it. She kept rolling her eyes, raising her voice saying she wasn’t being rude. I then told the lady who I assumed was a manager “you probably wanna have a talk with Kathy about how she’s handling customers. There was no need for how she acted.” And then she goes on to tell me she can’t do anything about it I can call and complain if I want to? idk if anyone will take the time out their day to even read this but I thought I’d share how much of a joke this Walgreens is (Loveland). And how much of a joke their employees are. Also to stay away from Kathy because she clearly doesn’t know her left from her right??

I like this Walgreens. It is located right off of 275 in Loveland. There is a brand new Mike's car wash across the street. There is also a Starbucks drive-through on the other side of the street. It is very conveniently located. I also love the fact that there is a drive-through with this wall greens What impressed me the most about this drive-through is that they don't even have to open the window to speak to the customers inside the car. They pull out a phone inside the pharmacy and talk through speakers that are projected outside of the pharmacy. I can see the pharmacist, but I actually don't have to be near her. That makes it perfect, especially since sick people are usually in the drive-through to get prescriptions. I thought it was very smart of them. I also loved that this pharmacy was one of the few that had Tylenol during quarantine and the coronavirus. I was able to get Tylenol going through the drive-through instead of actually going into the building. That was very nice and appreciated. Great location for all medical needs plus items that you can grab and go.

Walgreens in Loveland Ohio. ( Loveland Madeira ). Pharmacy staff the friendliest and most professional of anywhere we have lived. We have lived in several states for job and we are really happy we found this Walgreens a year ago. Walked in a year ago and we felt like we had been doing business here for years. They were so welcoming & warm. We just got our flu shots. The pharmacist gave us the shot and was so friendly.

Dropped off a new prescription and they said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I was trying to pick it up over my lunch break so I said I would try to wait. I gave it the full 20 minutes, and came back. They said they hadn't even started and it would be another 15 or 20 minutes! This is after I waited in line twice. By this point my lunch break was over, so I had to leave without even getting it. Then on another prescription we came to get it and they said it was not ready yet. I said that's fine, we'll wait, our doctor has sent it in at least half an hour before. We wandered around inside the store for a little bit and then came back. It still wasn't ready and the pharmacy tech was extremely rude and condescending. Ended up having to speak to a manager about it it was that bad. Came back another time for a different prescription. Our doctor said to pick it up on our way to the emergency room for something else and when we got there they said it would be just a couple of minutes. There were two lanes, we watched SEVEN people go and get their prescriptions before us even though we were sitting there in the second lane already waiting ahead of them. It ended up taking almost 30 minutes! If it wasn't absolutely urgent that we pick it up before we went to the emergency room we would have driven off because that kind of wait is completely unacceptable when it was supposedly ready when we got there. We couldn't believe that the lane next to to us had 7 people able to get theirs and we were sitting there waiting the entire time! They were not even apologetic. I kept pushing the help button to let them know that it was urgent and we needed to leave, but they ignored us. We're switching pharmacies ASAP.
