Carol is very patient and helped us getting our child photo right. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Carol.

I simply asked the gentleman to see if I had any packages attached to my LOVELAND mailing address at the location, as I had ordered a package from oversees that was not received. He looked me dead in the eye and said ‘No’. ?

This location is RIDICULOUS. NO one answers the phone. NO matter how many times U call back to back. Or if U spread the call out throughout the day. When U go into the office they are VERY RUDE to U. As if WE the customer are problems for them doing their job.I've been waiting over a few months now to have the manager call ME back. After I walk in & call multiple times. Yet still NOTHING. They need to SERIOUSLY clear out entire staff & hire people that are willing to do what there job type is.And it should start with by ANSWERING the phones and treating their customers with GREAT customer service.

Josh with the pony tail was so impossibly rude. He was borderline racist to an Asian family and told my husband and I that we were "on his time" while there for a passport appointment. Absolutely ludicrous.

The Loveland Post Office has done a 180. I used to avoid it, driving to Milford or Blue Ash, but no longer. There are (relatively) new employees who make it in upbeat and pleasant. Our carrier, John, is and has always been great. Kudos to the 45140!

went to the post office today to try and pick up a package that failed to deliver. they told me that the carrier threw away my package. they also told me there was no way for them to communicate this to the company for a refund. how sweet of them to throw away a package around the holidays. so glad a christmas present is in the trash somewhere:( grinch!!!

Customer service by a lady identifying herself as the manager is shameful. We were on time for my child's passport appointment...waiting for over five minutes...only to be told my we were late when my family absolutely was not. This so called manager lacks integrity and was just plain lazy. I hate posting sounding like a complainer but I hope someone in USPS actually cares bout their service and looks at reviews. If this lady was actually a manager or in any leadership position, USPS should be embarrassed. If I had seen a review or received a complaint about one of my managers I would be.

The gentleman that works daily at the counter could be characterised as rude and not very much of a gentleman. We understand that this job is tiring but he needs better customer service skills.

Refusing someone service because you don't want to your job isn't an excuse to be rude to others.
