Called to make sure they were open at 1015 am on Sat the 18th. Had to make a large deposit over the mobile limit. Called the 1800 number and was assured they were open. How can you be so irresponsible and careless to not only list correct hours but to staff a very small branch as not to inconvenience customers. Joke

Would give 0 stars I’ve I could most rude customer service I have ever experience went in to deposit a check and was informed to “shut up or leave” by the teller so I walked out. I’ve been a restaurant manager for 8 years and would never allow this kind of behavior with a customer. I will be recommending all my friends and family close their accounts as well.

Understaffed. Awful at small business banking/lending. Left for Huntington and haven't looked back. HNB is #1 in Cincinnati for SBA loans - go there instead.

horrible customer service. I feel like a 2nd class client when i come there. They can give me no information on my business and will not own up to their services saying that i need to call a number for assistance which in turn is some call center out of country. the manager doesn't even try at customer service stating \\\"i told you three times blah blah\\\"...very horrible..
