I saw Danielle, we agreed on two - three inches to cut. the next thing I know she's taking at least seven inches off my hair without confirming !!. don't waste your time ! Ive been growing my hair out for years and in the matter of minutes she ruined it.

I was very comfortable in this salon. My hair dresser was very exsperinced and listened, plus she gave ideas and inputs on my hair type. I highly recommend this salon. I will becoming a client.

The stylist shaved off a patch of my hair and didn't say anything. Building was clean and staff seemed nice. Wouldn't have been a big deal if she just said something and maybe tried to blend it in but instead she chose to be dishonest.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Beware! This place is a Joke. The owner is rude, the staff is incompetent. Nothing to do with professionalism. This place is nothing to do with UPDO! The "stylest" has nothing to do with hair!!. Julie gives a great manicure. They use great products that wear well. The place is clean. Staff is friendly and cheerful. They have some nice homey items and some unusual items.

If i could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars, i would. but i cant, so it gets 1.im not sure where to start, they gave me a perm on my box dye hair even tho i let them know its dyed, they did it anyway. i didnt know till after that u cant perm box dyed hair. the lady was sexist, and several times had the rods pop out because they werent in tight enoughi ended up having to go to another salon to get some professional help, thats when they told me all the stuff this place did wrongOn top of that. i went back hoping they could give me some insight as to why the perm didnt exist to which the lady shrugged me off and was extremely rude.I will never be returning and wasted almost $200 on a hairstyle that isnt even there. if u want a perm just go to a higher end salon and pay more its worth it0/10Service: Perms

I do not recommend this place. I did not have a good experience from start to finish. I felt like they were just trying to rush me out the door. My haircut was not even. I had to go somewhere else after for them to fix it. 0/10!Service: Haircut
