Mark Perez, the manager of this location has been so kind, professional and helpful in the process and has gone above and beyond to assist me. I cannot say enough about him.”

“We have had our personal account with them for 30 years. Never a problem. We have had our business account with them for 25 years. Again no issues. The place is clean and friendly. Always willing to help. 5 of our 6 kids also bank with them.”

I just got AGAIN amazing help here at Chase fields Ertel. Julie and Amy took care of me as if I was part of their family! I have never had a bad experience at this branch. My dad went to Heaven recently and I needed papers notarized and statements printed and they took the time in a busy Saturday to get ALL of my needs completed with speed and accuracy!! So A++++ again and again to this team of amazing companionate humans!!! Love this branch! ??? ?”
