After going to two "urgent" cares that we're locked after opening time, it was great to be treated by professionals.

Very grateful to Evonne and her team. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule a same day appointment when my pcp was not able to accommodate. Since the clinic is located in a Walgreens, I was able to pick up my meds which saved me from needing to make another stop on my way home.

Worst tri health clinic you can possibly go to. Completely unprofessional. Whoever the doctors were on 8-24-24 were despicable. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. I then waited for another 4 minutes to be greeted by anyone. The doctor on staff at the time proceeded to tell me my appointment was automatically cancelled after being 10 minutes late. At this point in time it was still not 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I brought this to their attention and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do. So because of the lazy nature of the staff here my daughter has to suffer with ear pain that could have easily been taken care of. They had no other patients. It wasn’t like I was asking them to take away from another patient. It was pure laziness because their shift was almost over. I will make sure to let everyone know to never visit here.

Great Experience! I scheduled an online apt and arrived appx 35 min early. To my surprise I was able to be seen prior to my apt time..I was seen by a wonderful young lady that both took her time and listened to my concerns.. I would absolutely return to this location to be seen by her again!!

I accidentally gave this clinic a poor review online because I confused it with the urgent care facility that I went to immediately beforehand. Contrary to that review this clinic did an excellent job for my wife and me. We went there with covid and hoped to be given prescriptions for Paxlovid. The Nurse in charge was prompt, thorough, and personable. We were very happy with her diagnostic work and her explanations of the treatment and care. I would definitely recommend this TriHealth Clinic to family and friends. My apologies to the Clinic for my accidental online review.

This place bills your insurance as a Specialist, but that is not clarified upfront . Luckily my cost, for a specialist is less than 50. This same visit with my primary at trihealth would have only been 20. I am now switching to mercy, this is the 2nd time I’ve been billed for a specialist visit when I booked a sick visit for bronchitis.

I arrived there -with my husband also calling ahead- at 4:48 PM feeling very sick with cold and flu symptoms. The lady there had closed her office early and would not take me in to help me. Closing time officially is 5 PM for the wallgreens little clinic. Very disappointing! I ended up going to Loveland urgent care across the street where I received excellent, friendly, and prompt effective service. I ended up having bad case of strep throat and a sinus infection, and I was very relieved and glad to receive a strong antibiotic and a Cortizone shot to help me feel better soon. Thank you Loveland urgent care for helping me when I was feeling ill and miserable!

I went to the clinic on a Friday at 4pm. They got me in promptly. There was an NP student and the NP herself. They were at least, if not more, thorough than my PCP and definitely more polite. Self-scheduling and check-in is great plus pick up prescriptions right there. Would def recommend (I had bronchitis) for your run of the mill bugs, injuries.

The technician, Mr. Miller CNP, was rude, disrespectful, and condescending.
It took nearly an hour to get two children vaccinated. We had an appointment and no one was waiting ahead of us.

Daughter went there for a sore throat, a lot of people in her department at school suffering from strep throat. They did NO throat culture, said "you have a low grade fever and the common cold is going around" Gave her prescription for a throat numbing rinse so she could eat without pain. She was told if it gets worse come back in a few days!!! She is in a Ph.D. program over an hour away from here and is 24 years old. Fully capable of understanding the difference between a "common cold" and something more serious. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I will dispute my insurance company paying for such POOR and Incompetent services rendered! Now she has to set an appointment with her doctor to have done what was expected from the "clinic" Don't waste your time, money, or suffer additional time needlessly, do not go there!
