AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My elderly mother purchased a riding mower end of October 2023. Tractor was never used. Went to start tractor in April battery bad. Was told by general manager they would provide replacement. What a bunch of hogwash. The general manager said they were out of the battery and would get in no later than two weeks. Three weeks later no call or follow up from this store. Sad to take advantage of senior citizens. Shame on you!!!!

I came here to refill a propane tank. I waited in line inside to have someone call the person to come outside for propane. I then went outside and waited in line at the propane tank. 30 minutes later I'm told that my tank is too old and they can't refill it and they are sold out of new tanks. Save your time and go somewhere else for this service. It's not that they couldn't help me, totally my fault for having an old tank, but it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get your propane tank filled.

They hosted a event for children to pet cows. They told no one about needing to sign up and edited the post after. To post the sign up. Many people where not aware of the need to sign up after driving here. The woman was extremely rude. Here's proof the post was edited afterwards about the need to sign up.

This place is bigger then normal. Went to look at a couple things found alot more then i expected. I got a good pair of work gloves for cheap. They jus built the place in a couple days an it looks nice an clean. I will be posting a pic soon i didnt get one the first visit but this place is nice an its right by oreilys so you can get parts an stuff close if they dont have it you dont need it

This review isn't necessarily directed at the milford Loveland store but corporate. A few months ago I purchased one of many large bags of Victor dog food that we store in air tight containers to maintain freshness some how during the transfer my wife didn't notice there was a dead mouse in the bag naturally the bag went in the trash with the bar code and the receipt our fault I guess. I went to the store to try and get a purchase record and the staff said they couldn't help me. OK so I had to eat the 80 bucks for the bag my dogs of course wouldn't eat it nor did I want them too. Here we are a few months later and I get an email from tractor supply ...quote, our records indicate you have made multiple purchases of Victor dry dog food and we are informing you that the food has been recalled for sominella contamination. Think I'll be purchasing my pet supplies elsewhere. But the staff at the store are pretty great to deal with I don't think this issue was their fault.
