“Soras far exceeded our expectations! They did body work on our Hyundai Tucson including installing new electrical parts. After the work we had intermittent warning lights, and since the car was under warranty, we took to a local Hyundai dealer. The dealer charged us $600 to trouble shoot the problem and said it was the body shop’s responsibility, since they replaced a sensor. Rob at Soras worked with a Hyundai dealer and helped us get the Hyundia dealer to replace the part and do the recalibration free of charge. Moreover, he helped us get the $600 fee waived. They went above and beyond! Rob even went to the Hyundai dealer over one of his lunches to argue on our behalf. Having body work done is never fun, but Soras team is absolutely focused on customer satisfaction, best I’ve had to deal with.”

“Car broke down on the side of 275, one local company had 2 hour wait. Called Sora’s and someone was out in thirty minutes. I believe the man’s name was Tucker who helped me out and was extremely helpful and professional. They have my business if I need it again.”
“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“Simply the most honest and capable mechanics within 100 miles of their location. If you got a discrepancy with what they say, YOU did something wrong. Been dealing with them for over 15 years. Ive had to eat crow more than once but I don’t believe they know what it tastes like. Save yourself a headache and use these guys.”

“I feel they appreciated the customer and were more professional, economical and prepared than Enterprise. They actually had a car for me when I reserved one. The staff was friendly and when I needed to talk to an employee, they answered the phone, in person! I needed to extend my time,the first day was very inexpensive, the second day cost a little more but it was still less expensive than Enterprise.”
