What a wonderful company! It's still family owned and you can really tell that everyone cares about the customer. A great experience overall in the store and with the delivery team, the service is top-notch and the selection is some of the best around. Appreciate the fare pricing always, feel like you get the best price with the guarantee they offer. Will be a lifelong customer.

Years ago, I experienced great service when I purchased a nice leather reclining couch and table from a saleswoman. However, I recently went back in search of a mattress for my daughter. It was clear the man in the mattress area wanted to sell me a mattress in the $700 range. He repeatedly stated that this was what a budget mattress in a spare room would cost me. He proceeded to ask me what I had paid for her previous mattress, and scoffing at the price, telling me that I could not expect much for $400. He belittled me for not recalling the brand I previously purchased. He went on and on arguing with me about other irrelevant things like his . . . brother's Mercedes. I left and purchased a mattress at another store without the insults and abuse. Be prepared to be insulted and belittled if you have a budget in mind.

My wife and I came into the store to purchase a couple of different rooms for our new condo. Amy greeted us and we told her we need time to shop. She left us for a few minutes. But every time, my wife and I separated by 12 feet, she would approach me! Is she so self-absorbed that she believes, that a husband will overrule his wife/girlfriend in a long-term decision for their home? This woman needs to gain some serious etiquette in her sales style! She insisted on our names at the second contact! Why? My wife and I were leaving the store and she yelled at us to stop and talk again. Asking for our information so she could get credit to talk with us today!!!! In your dreams, Amy! Gave us her business card and said to "only" ask for her when we come back in! Our first time and furniture fair and our last. She left a very BAD taste in our mouths! Is this what the furniture fair is all about? Elwood and Carolyn Rogers

I went to Furniture Fair (Fields Ertel) back in February and had an appointment with Amy. Amy is awesome. Amy was patient and super helpful in finding the perfect loveseat for my space. She listened to my needs, didn't push hard on any particular item, explained options clearly, and made my experience painless. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for delivery and customer service. The delivery was quick, but part of the loveseat was bent in transport. It has been 10 months and I'm still waiting on a replacement part. It was supposed to be here in August but the wrong part was shipped. The earliest they're telling me is now January, which is 11 months since I bought the loveseat. There is severe wear on the padding on the parts that recline because of this bent part. The best customer service can tell me is "too bad" while showing a tremendous lack of caring. Nice furniture in theory, I guess, but good luck getting helped or respected if anything happens to be wrong.

Bought a couch three weeks ago. It showed up broken. We emailed and called and they said they'd send someone to look at it in three weeks. Which is so stupid cause they should have just came and picked it up and brought a new one. Guy came and said we can fix it and I said no. I bought a new couch not a broken couch to be fixed. He said he'd give them his assessment. And now Who knows how long that'll take. The whole thing is ridiculous. Don't buy from this store. Im about to call and tell them I want a refund and I'll buy a couch somewhere else.

I can't believe the customer service I just experienced at Fields Ertle Furniture Fair. I have been a customer for 10 years and have purchased so many pieces of furniture with them but I will never return after today. I ordered a kids full size mattress online a couple weeks ago to be shipped to the fields ertle store since it couldn't ship to my house for whatever reason. This little kids mattress is rolled up and deflated inside a pretty small box that only needs one person to lift it mind you. I could only schedule my pick up for a Tuesday or Thursday. I work 10 hour days both those days every week so I called this Tuesday and someone at the fields ertle location said I could stop by this Friday to pick up in the afternoon no problem. When I arrive there today and call to let them know I am here, the person on the phone said there is construction going on and they can't hear the phone I need to go in. Ugh okay ?! So I walk in and a saleswoman standing in the front doesn't greet me and seems so annoyed with me saying I need to pick up my mattress and she says I need to go to the back of the store to figure it out. I had my kids in the car so I asked if I could talk to someone on the phone from my van. She then took my sales number and told me to pull around back someone will bring it out. Then a salesman comes out the back with his iPad and says pick ups are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Like wtf. I told him I already asked someone at this location Tuesday if there was any other day and they said no problem I could come today. He seemed annoyed. It took him 5 minutes to look up my order again and then he comes back with this small box. I just don't understand. Why am I such a bad inconvenience? The parking lot was empty, it's 3pm on a Friday, and you are doing major construction ..so probably less business right now? Horrible customer service from the rep on the phone and 2 sales people in the store.

I know that COVID is going on, but what I've gone through to get this 2,300 dollar couch is ridiculous. They told me 6-8 weeks when I ordered. It's now been 4 months & they've pushed back my order 5 times now. Started in October, moved to November 27th, then December 7th, December 21st & now January 22nd. I have so many people who've told me their couches have arrived in a month or 2 tops. First time buying an expensive couch on my own and couldn't be more disappointed. Was hoping to AT LEAST get it for Christmas.

Bad experience. First they delivered the wrong piece twice. They corrected it but I had to wait around for an extra day. Then less than a week after we received our couch it developed a hole along one of the seams. We called right away to report the problem and we were told that fixing it would count as our one time warranty fix (for an extended warranty that we spent over $100 on!). Then about a month later another seam pulled loose. Never again Furniture Fair. I now have a couch that is less than 3 months old and am embarrassed to have guests sit on it.

I came in to buy a bed and lamps. I was there for about an hour or so. No one approached me. Some were in a group talking. One lady saw me and walked away in the other direction. She was too busy talking about a customer in the store with her male coworker. What a way to make an impression. The parking lot was empty when I pulled up, now I understand the reasons why.

My wife and I stopped in today to look around with the intention of purchasing a new sectional sofa. We walked around the store for fifteen to twenty minutes without so much as being greeted by the staff. If the store had been busy, I wouldn't have thought much of it, but I could count the customers in the store without running out of fingers. One employee even turned and walked in another direction when he saw us. I'm not sure if it was because we were dressed casually (shorts and a T-shirt) or if it was because we weren't old enough to be retired (like the customers who were being helped). I guess I'll just have to go spend the money you likely assumed I don't have at Ashley instead.

Customer service is great. However, choose your couch fabric wisely. I didn't want the standard blue fabric. After about 5-6 visits I decided on the couch, which was no a cheap one. I spent a lot of time selecting the fabric for the couch and pillows. I fell in love with this deep red fabric, from the samples, that looked great and felt terrific. After 8 weeks it arrived and I loved the appearance. Then I sat on it, laid on it, and patiently thought I'd get used to the fabric. However, the fabric is horrible! I feel like I'm constantly sitting on sand paper. The fabric is rough and hard. Just use caution and know what they represent to you may not be what you get.

Worst experience of my life. I bought a table and chairs for $900.00. When it arrived it was completely lopsided.. I had to wait months for a replacement to arrive.. The employees were rude to me. The manager lied to me. The women answering the phone was rude to me. I had to renegotiate my deal 3 times. And then after all that, they wanted to charge me twice for the delivery. I will never go back to furniture fair. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went there for 2 items. My daughter bought a dinning room chair. It was not exactly what she wanted. I drove all the way to Fairfield to return it. No one was exactly sure how the refund worked, but all was resolved after a bit of drama. I was looking for a sofa and the sales person kept trying to up-sell me to items that were not what I wanted. Next time I will bring my wife, she is better at saying no.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. Shipped with Amat and picked out the perfect bedroom suit! He was great and even made sure to measure the bed with the new mattress to ensure we got what we wanted. When the bed was delivered it was much taller than expected. I went the next day and spoke with the manager Amy who whiteout hesitation was willing I credit our purchase. Jennifer then stepped in and ran circles around the entire floor finding exactly what I wanted. Even found a different dress that was market down to match the bed I picked out! Seriously the best care I ever received! I will always come to you for furniture. Thank you for taking such great care of me. FYI my new bed was delivered today and and I do not need a step ladder to get in it! Thank you!
