Walked in to pay for gas and there were three employees at the front. The younger girl with piercings and short hair was yelling at the 2 elderly cash, register attendants as she walked over to help them with something. The two employees just stayed quiet. not sure what was going on but Super rude to do in front of customers l, to your co-workers or just in general.Cash register attendant was still very helpful and hurried over to help me.

First went in, the short lady black hair at counter just didn't care, we had to ask what the change was going on the pump twice because she barely spoke and a bag to put everything in and that seemed to be an issue. We stopped in for snacks and gas but I had went back in to grab a cigar. She barely looked for what I asked for first then didn't even attempt when I asked for something else in that brand (blk) but finally managed with a black and mild. She didn't even attempt to give me my change. I stood there for a second before saying don't worry about the change. It was only 5 cents but the atmosphere she brings to the store makes new people not to return if that's what's allowed. Employees that don't care!

I wanted to share what happened with this company. I tried to come into the store on Monday, 1/28/2019. I am a recent leg amputee and have a prosthetic. We pulled up out front, only to find the step a little high for me to climb up with my other bad knee. The handicapped ramp was on the side of the building with the handicapped spots. Even if we parked over there as we have a handicapped placard, it would be too long of a walk for me. So we left. I sent an email to their website and got a call back from JUDY. She said that they are remedying the situation and putting a ramp out front. She admitted they did not think about walking disabled, only wheelchair disabled. Even then, she realized that it is cold for the wheelchair customers. I was honored to get this phone call that they are actually thinking about other handicapped customers. I will be supporting them from now on, even if I can't get into the building at the moment! Blessings!

This would normally be a five star review but today I met a new employee. This man was very rude and had an bad attitude. He was probably in his mid to late 20's and is bald. All I needed was to pay for my gas and the entire time he was very huffy and was being a smart a**. I have been going to mikes since I've moved here and all of their employees have been great up until now.
