Did an amazing job!! Clean, professional, and always offering the same, high-level service, personal attention, kindness and can-do attitude. Love knowing that my pet will have the same groomer each and every time and receiving the cut I requested. I became tired of the larger grooming shops where my pet was groomed by a different person each time and receiving a different cut each time. I will use this groomer for all my pet needs moving forward.

We highly recommend Top Dog Groom Spa! Sharon offers personalized and professional service, taking the time to connect with our dog. She creates a "spa" feel, versus the assembly line we have encountered before finding her.

We've been taking our many maltese to Top Dog for almost 20 years because we don't trust anyone else. Shes a master groomer with over 45 years of experience and the prices can't be beat. This isn't the type of groomer that just shaves down a dog to remove the bulk they actually give the proper cut for the breed. They'll also call us 10 minutes before our dogs are ready....no sitting around in a cage for hours. If you're anxious about dropping your pets off like we are I can't recommend them highly enough.

I think this place is heartless and a rinky-dink operation. To hold a dog hostage because they do not accept credit cards is inhumane! Wonder why they do not qualify for major credit card acceptance, makes you think there is a bigger problem there.

WARNING!! Do not trust this lady with your babies. I have use this this groomers for 3 years. They gauged a cut in my 2lb dog. She told me she had a cyst and infection, I rushed my dog to vet to only find out there was two cuts that almost made a perfect "V" after 2 days the cuts started healing. We followed up with our vet whom conformed that there was no way a cyst would start healing the way it was and was sure it was a cut. This groomer not only denied that she hurt my dog, she told me that my vet told her, I had cut my dog (completely untrue) she then went as far as visiting my vet's office to argue with him that it was not her fault. She tried to convince him of otherwise. After receiving written confirmation from my vet that it was indeed a cut she still refused to even apologize for the incident much less take responsibility for it. I will never use her services again. She also never has inquired about vaccines ( first flag,right) Worst experience ever.

Our dogs go there every other month, and it’s worth every penny. Fantastic work, great scheduling, dogs come back excited and fresh. Highly recommend.

My dog runs INTO this place when we arrive! In other places I had to drag him in - this tells me a bunch of how well he’s treated while at Pons. He loves Pon and he gets a great grooming every time. She trains her assistants well and dogs are treated like her own.

This lady cut our dog with scissors. Told us it was a small tumor!! We immediately took her to the vet where he informed us it was cut with scissors we then had it sutured up.i would never recommend this place ever again!!!!!! We used them for 3 years

I have tried several dog groomers in the area with different results. Pon's is the best, all-around groomer I have used. I can get my dogs in pretty quickly, within a week of calling. The price is reasonable and they do a good job on my two Westies. The staff is always very nice and my dogs are happy to go inside, no coaxing necessary - which tells me they are treated well while they are there.
