The young tall half blonde/brown hair with glasses, sadly didnt get his name because he had no nametag! He was very unprofessional, almost felt discriminated because I'm a female. Let him know I was doing oil changes on both my cars and I have a shopping list online. He saw 2 or 3 items and literally just guessed on the rest. He picked out the fastest thing he could grab and rushed me along. Then when I say my dad told me to put in his Mobil 1 acct.
He said, he has never heard of anything like that! I asked him to get someone else and he went to the back but never brought anyone else to help me, just kept saying I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!?!
Well find me somebody that does, it's apparent you don't no how to be professional. Thumbs down for O'Reilly do better! That was my go to place but prolly gonna switch. I will not be talk down upon like a dog.

Worse management team ever coming from an ex employee boss were inappropriate and will not work around home life schedules. I have step kids and was told I can’t take a day off to go to their eye appointment or to my step daughters seizure appointment because she epileptic. Was also told that over time pay gets taken away and they just don’t want to work with their employees and don’t pay nothing at all not worth the job one bit

Earl was the only one who knew what an exhaust stud was and got it ordered . Sad part is when I showed up twice to get them they couldn't find what I ordered. Even after I had them pick my part first. Terrible customer service
