Always friendly. Always helpful. Purchased a new battery today, and even though the manager had already technically clocked out, she still took the time to help me get the battery purchased, and she waited to make sure the other guy got it installed so he could be back in the store to help other customers before she left.They're short staffed and working tons of OT as managers. Still friendly and still made sure I was a satisfied customer.

This is one of the only places that was open on a Sunday morning when I needed to determine if my battery needed replaced or not. The manager and her associate went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me determine and solve the problem. The prices are very reasonable as well. I am grateful to them for helping me resolve the issue.

Called another auto parts store. They said 5 days on the item I requested. Timing chain tensioner.. O'Reilly said they could have it delivered to my locL store today at 11:30! I will let you know how the do!

I really appreciate that when I called and then came in to get headlight bulbs for my car the manager and other workers were super helpful and even put the bulbs in for me. Great place if you are looking for workers who are helpful and knowledgeable.
