Took a 22 in for a small bur in the barrel to be corrected January. They had the rifle up until May with no progress made. I called once a month to check with no updates. Went up to pick up the rifle in May and they tried to charge me $22 for a paperwork fee. I told them their system was broke and needed correcting and she called me rude. I apologized and refused to pay them. Do not take any weapons to have them fixed or you may get screwed. They do not know what customer service is - worse gun shop ever!

Neither employee bothered to acknowledge my entry into the store. When I finally did get the attention of the older guy, he acted like wanting assistance was too much of a bother. I asked for a couple different products and he just waved in the general area of the shelves and said I dunno, should be over there if we carry it. Then I looked at some standard 9mm fmj range ammo, asked for a price and the guys is like 59 bucks a box. Obviously 9mm range ammo isn't rare anymore, so either he was too lazy to check, or these guys are trying to milk 30 extra bucks out of ammo.So no stock, abysmal customer service, and severe price gouging. Best to skip these guys and go somewhere more legitimate. Or at least pretends like they want your business.

Neither of the employees in the main area of the store acknowledge you when you walk in. When the person at the rental counter finished with their person, I was helped....partly. This employee took me to the other counter to start filling out the 4473. Then abandoned me with no explanation nor hand off to anyone else after copying my DL and CCW. I have never been there before so I had no clue that only one terminal and only 1 employee do transfers. The transfer employee already had a person other were helping. That's fine. A third employee came to the front eventually and proceeded to play with guns off the rack rather than check with / help me. Maybe they are not credentialed to do transfer work but we will never know since they didn't check if I needed assistance.Only good thing about this experience was they did quickly log the incoming item and contact me that it was availablePistol has extensive finish damage on the top of the slide. RMR mount plates are terrible plastic. Trigger actuation made loads of spring noise until fanning the trigger for a couple minutes stretched out or worn something in to fit better. Big burs are present at the muzzle crown transition to the lumen with lands and grooves of rifling in addition to chamber. Feed ramp looks like a rabid animal chewed on it, no where near the mirror like finish on the 6 other production M&P complete guns or add on CORE slide kits with ported barrels that I own. Gun was incredibly dirty, must have been test fired with dirty ammo or extensively. White qtips in the SN pocket came out black as sin. Wish I had been allowed to inspect. Now I have to try to get warranty satisfaction.I tried photographing these issues but the camera will not maintain focus on the areas of interest. The depth of field is problematic.

Great shop!!! Knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased multiple firearms from them and multiple transfers. Always smooth, no problems. Shout out to Tina. She's awesome. Still need to use their range though.

Hands down the most friendly make you feel at home gun shop in town .. they're like the Apple store for guns they have a used side and a new side and both are very knowledgeable hands down the best in town
