I haven't a bad day at McCluskey unlike another dealership that didn't honor my appointment that I had and still let people that came in without an appointment go ahead of me the service is always great. Since I've been there I see they have this new thing where they do a video while they're working on your car oh that's kind of nice you can see what's actually wrong with your car from the video. I would come back here because of the service and the friendliness and how they keep you updated if anything changes keep up the good work.

The best experience! The entire process was extremely easy and I couldn’t be happier with my car! My salesman was so helpful (Zack) and he made sure I understood every step. The sales manager (Tony) even checked in on me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Finance (Andrew) went over all the numbers with me and explained the loan process. And the delivery driver (Dale), who drove my car from Ohio to Illinois, could not have been nicer! He spent time with me to make sure I had no questions during the signing process! I have definitely found a new way to buy vehicles!

Man!!!! I am so pleased with the service and process. Listen I thought I would NEVER be able to get a car with the credit, and McCluskey was able to get me in a car. Melanie helped me and was the best.she answered all my questions and was available when I needed additional help. Ron delivered my car and was very informative on my vehicle. Thank you ??

My salesman Nicholas Frederick was outstanding! He went above and beyond helping me select a vehicle. I know there were times when I got on his nerves but he didn’t give up! I was very hesitant purchasing a vehicle I couldn’t see or test drive but Nick calmed my anxiety! McCluskey Chevrolet NICHOLAS FREDERICK IS OUTSTANDING AND A GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY!

So far my experience has not been satisfactory. First of all I am called and messaged 10+ times a day. After finally processing my application I received a notification that 9 hard inquiries were added to my report. As if my credit wasn’t already bad enough. I believe this is all a scam. And I wish I hadn’t given them my information.

This was, by far, the easiest and smoothest car buying experience of my life! Madison I. communicated extensively with me through the process and kept me up to date. They did not "put me in a vehicle". They asked me what I wanted, found me options in that category, and let me choose my car! I am so happy with all aspects of this transaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was in a open bankruptcy and they got me into a brand new 2024 Malibu through GM financial. I never had to come in. Everything was over text and phone call. The customer service was spot on. No hassle just straight to the point. Much appreciated to Andrie Scott and Tony in finance. Great job !

Jaylah helped me fiancé a 2018 Chevy last September 5th 2022 I wanna say every since I got the car I haven’t had to get anything done other than lil things car runs perfectly fine I would definitely recommend her as your sales rep only thing I don’t like is when they told me my card would be delivered I didn’t expect it to be driven form Ohio to Pittsburgh but okay go off..I only received1 key also I wanna actually say this though I was actually referred to them by my step dad he had his car maybe couple months before me he had a different sales rep the car he got was a grasshopperLiterally I was scared to drive in it the sounds came out of nowhere he took it back to dealer now he has to pay 3,000 to get it out on top of what he owe from it being there this is just me letting everybody know everybody gets different experiences with everything

They’ll deliver you a pretty shiny car and not days after they leave it the problems will begin.The sad part is the car arrived smelling of weed but I said nothing because the girl was sweet the experience was good I thought so what if she smoked on her ride here can’t be an easy job. Nope that was red flag one and I’m ashamed of myself for missing it.Please do not be me with over $2000 in repairs not covered and I haven’t even had it 90 daysGO ANYWHERE ELSE!!Best Experience buying a car Ever!Our salesman Joey went above and beyond . Every single person we spoke to from finance to the driver who delivered our car introduced themselves and let us know they were working with our salesman so even though we were thousands of miles away the experience was personal. Joey listened to everything we wanted and needed in a car and he made it happen and delivered it to our doorstep.If you’re looking for confirmation you’ve found the right place, you have!
