“First off, I just want to explain how I found Tune Belt.I stumbled upon them at the New Balance Falmouth Road Race Health & Fitness Expo in 2019 and I figured I'd give their product a good old college try as they say. It worked out the first time.Now, fast forward to late August of this year, I get a new I-phone SE 2020, and I discover I need an arm band so that way when I'm running, I don't have to clutch my phone.I go to Tune Belt and research all of the models, and I pick the first one that I see and I order it. It came promptly and I thought it would work.It turns out I had ordered the wrong model of band. So, that left me in a dilemma on what to do. Do I return it and get my money back or do I hold on to it and hope someone else uses it?It turns out I ended up holding on to it. However, this review also deserves a commendation. My mother ended up emailing Tune Belt customer service to help me out. That was on Thursday 9/10. On Saturday 9/12, she gets a response back from Sharon Sexton who recommended that I keep the one that I mistakenly ordered. Thank you Sharon for coming up to bat and helping me out.Bottom line: I would recommend Tune Belt to anyone who needs a wristband.”

“I took my phone here since it was not charging. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my phone by just cleaning out some pocket lint from the charge port. I am confident a competitor would have replaced the whole charge port and I would have paid substantially more. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a service they provide, and I will return if I ever need future repairs.”

“I don't often leave reviews but I had such a good experience here, I felt I must. They diagnosed my damaged phone screen and the staff found that the manufacturer had note for my device that if there was an issue for the screen, that it should be replaced at no cost to the customer.I went in thinking I was going to have to pay $150+ for a new screen, but ended getting the repair done for free.The also repaired the screen in ~30min. Very happy with the experience.”
