Whatever your rent is be prepared to pay more .. including processing fee, management fee, administrative fee, and protection plan .. also if you are using mini mall in Loveland there is never anyone in the office .. I literally pass it everyday and they’re not open , so communicating is kinda hard . Other than that it’s a nice basic storage place and I haven’t had problems except trying to cancel a unit .. they make you go around the world but if your payment is a day late you get a email real quick .
