I've been a frequent customer ever since they opened their first location on Fields Ertel Rd. I often marvel at how their customer service is so consistently solid, particularly in today's subpar labor market. Furthermore, the quality of wash is outstanding every time. Mike's is an example of how an excellent business should be operated. So glad there are businesses that still hold to such high standards and I'll go out of my way every time to support a company devoted to excellence.

Took my car for a wash at their new location closest to me and rear wiper gets ripped off. Stuff happens, so I called and talked to manager and I returned and manager was very pleasant, offered to reimburse me after completing their form, now manager says because the wiper blade AND arm were damage they may not be able to reimburse me. So I’ll have the dealer perform the repair and file in Small Claims and they can take a much bigger hit since they won’t honor their commitment. What I get for supporting a new business. What a bunch of goofballs, totally avoidable. All done with these guys. Where’s the honor in their mission statement they’ve affixed to the wall in the customer area? Lip service, bad business.

Love having a nice clean and convenient place to wash and clean our vehicles, my wish would be to have a location at our south town area. Other then our downtown location.

I bought my car less than two weeks ago in perfect condition, took it to Mikes off Maysville and got stuck in the car wash for 12 minutes with the brush beating on my car. I could clearly smell burning. Came out and had deep friction burns on my driver side door exactly where the brush was hitting it as well as scratches on the hood. Talked to the manager and he looked at it and said it looked like it had been touched up and that he thought he could see touch up paint. IT WAS PERFECT WHEN I BOUGHT IT! IT WAS PERFECT WHEN I DROVE IT TO MIKES TODAY. I would definitely notice the big gouges on and around my door handle in the last two weeks. I understand machines break down and things happen. I’m not even that upset that Mikes scratched my car but I’m furious that the manager tried to talk out of it like I’m the one to blame. I’m not one to play the sexist card, that’s not at all who I am, but as a woman talking to a man about a car, and having him mansplain his was out of an obvious friction burn that was clearly his carwash’s fault, makes me feel about 2 inches tall and manipulated. It’s not that they scratched my car but to lie about it, ugggh.

Over 2000 dollars of damage done to my automobile and treated by their Columbus Ohio Claims Manager very badly. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT patronize these establishments. They mostly employ children and adolescents who have no idea of what they are doing, talking on their cell phones as they attempt to direct your car into their tunnels that scratch and dent your car. I wish there was a 0 star option. A very irresponsible company.

Outstanding customer service I had an issue with my wash pass and it was corrected fast the lady was so helpful out don’t get that much any more usually just a hassle she’s was wonderful

Don't take your car here if it has rust! they will take your money, decide they don't want to wash your car, because the rust could contaminate their carwash. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. They took the money, waited till I was about to enter, then made this decision, which involved backing up all the other cars. True story, just happened. I looked, there is no sign stating rust-free cars only, but apparently that's their new policy. (it wasn't their policy last week or any other time I have been there.)
