Got to be the single dumbest way to buy mulch and spring supplies i have ever seen. Wait in line 3 different places to buy 1 thing.

First Menards does not recognize military discounts as Home Depot or Lowe’s. 2? It takes forever to get your rebate money and 3rd if you are purchasing a lot and it’s clearanced out they will not work with on price one cent.Sad! At least when you spend so much money at Home Depot you get perks. The company needs to be friendlier to customers. Employees are nice it is not their fault. It is the company!

Asked for help in the electrical department. Once an associate got to me he was super helpful. Gave me very good ideas to complete my project. I would definitely go back.

I used over $2200 worth of Rebates on a purchase and they used the rebate amount before applying the 11%. That denied me over $240 in additional rebates. I would not have done that if I had known. It's not stated anywhere obvious. Bad policy.

Purchased a refrigerator in March 2023. My new kitchen floor and freshly painted entrance way into my home was damaged. Over the last 6 months Menards – Loveland ( up thru the GM) has run me in circles and provided no help or satisfaction.BEWARE of this vendor !!!!!!

Menards has become my go to place for home improvement items. I still shop at the other big stores, but usually give Menards my business unless they simply don't have what I need. Their prices are better, their selection is bigger, and their staff is friendlier and more helpful. I also appreciate the fact that they do not provide self checkout at all.

Ordered three doors from Menards. One of the doors was undamaged the other two had marks all over them so I decided to return them. When I get there no one mentioned anything about a restocking fee nor did anyone over the phone when I talk to them about returning the doors for picking them up originally. I get there and they charge me $100 restocking fee for two of The Doors which is 25%. The manager comes up and says he doesn't have the authority to waive the fee. I've never heard of a store charging a restocking fee when there are marks on a product. This was my first and last purchase from any Menards ever!

Rude and unattentive workers in loading area ! Sat at the pickup order desk for 15 minutes . WORKERS WERE VERY RUDE WHEN I FOUND THEM AND ASKED FOR HELP !Every one of these stores are the same..Terrible service..I am a contractor and pick up flooring at various menards regularly..Very unorganized and it takes forever to get loaded .This is why I charge customers for even having to deal with this debacle of an operation ..I literally do my best to steer clear of these stores.

Every time I come into this location I always feel this since of not being welcomed. I had a paint question and the kid was obviously guessing, I'd rather ypu get someone who knows. Then I had a electrical question and stopped what looking like the manager, didn't get her name but she looked sleepy/hung over something. I asked her simply to call someone over to help me and she said go to the desk there should be someone over there to help as she was continuing walking away. They all have walkies but she refused to call. So u was left following several people to one guy to help. I should probably stop shopping here as a black man, maybe I'm not welcomed. Deals are ok but service is horrible

Loveland/fields ertle menards might be the worst location to visit EVER! As a woman I don't tend to expect men to help lift things etc. However when I am picking up 50 bags of mulch and just as much river rock and pea gravel you would think the 20 men employees that passed me making eye contact would have at least had the decency to stop and see if I needed assistance considering I was struggling lifting these up and over a truck bed. Then my husband just went to pick up lumber for a carport we are building. This lumber is probably some of the heaviest there is. A man is a man but can only do so much on his own. He just called me in absolute frustration as it took him 3 hours to load all he needed BY HIMSELF! We will never shop at menards again. I will discourage anyone I can from doing so. What happened to common courtesy and lending a helping hand. Guess that is what happens when you only hire teenage boys with no brains and no manners. You've lost a very very loyal customer and I will be calling corporate to have someone fired if I can.

Worst customer service ever. When i ask for the manager she came in rude didn't even say hi and just started saying no to everything. Beware of the return policy is horrible consider buying your stuff here carefully. Better off buying from lowes and home depot they have better return policy and customer services.

I want to give a shout out to Andrew in deck material area in Florence..He was so helpful in getting me started on my deck project..he took the time 2 show me different options, answered my questions& got me started on my list of materials.NOT receiving confirmation emails for my 4 online orders turned out to be a menards IT glitch that took 6 wks 2 resolve, but I always encountered helpful instore & online customer service along the way. I find the instore folks to be generally very helpful, when looking for products & answering questions..My only complaint is the cumbersomeway of returning lumber..1st one goes in the store to the return counter..then to lumber gate..where we encounterd a NON friendly guy who told us 2 put the lumber back where we got it.. ..the forklift folks were great & helped us unload & told us they take care of putting it away...then back through gate with some hassle & then again to return counter in store..then wait 4 a manager 2 aprove the refund... would be so much more efficient to do the transaction @ the gate...Anyway outside of the lengthy lumber returning process & the grumpygatekeeper, I give MENARDS a THUMBS UP!
