This used to be my go to pharmacy. Now I am switching to Kroger. On a couple of my recent refills they needed to call the doctor to see about getting a refill. Either they diid and didn’t bother to tell me the doctor would not refill it or they simply didn’t bother to call the doctor. Either way no one bothered to call me and tell me the status of my refill requests.

Very very rude staff led by their pharmacist. so rude and not human that they yelled at me and made me and my children wait about an hour while they served other clients (5-7 people) who came after me. At the end, they showed on my own paper works from doctor what I should buy and did not even apologize. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

My dad gets his scripts filled there n I always have gotten excellent customer service. My dad won't go anywhere else. That's statement speaks volumes! Go Meijer Pharmacy!!!

At self checkout June 7 8:50pm the lame checkout girl was completely gone and letting a bunch of the registers screw up -huge line built up, then she shows up out of nowhere and pretends like urs MY fault her registers are stuck...ummm no. I literally said nothing to this girl and she was rude and zero class.

I have used this pharmacy since December 2015. I previosuly used walgreens. One of my biggest complaints is that it is so darn small! Everything besides Antibiotics it feels like they have to order from Indiana amd it comes in the next day after 1 pm. They can do that everyday but sunday so dont run out of your medications on sunday. The Pharmisists are okay the Pharmacy Manager Michal is okay he can sometimes be short with you and in my honest oppion sometimes rude Becky one of the other pharmists sometimes can act like she have no clue what she is doing. She is kind of slow. I was in yesterday and had a simple question I needed one of the biggest vial to store something. The pharmacy tech Taylor looked at me like i had 10 heads and turned to becky the pharmsisit and said do we do that here? She kind of looked confused and said hold on. She talks to the pharmisit! She comes back with one in at least is big enough for what I need but not the size i was looking for. it will work and I am thankful that they gave it to me. But the whole reason I keep coming back to this pharmacy because of one Pharmisit Susan Koors! She is my most favorite! She called us when a medication that my doctor had prescribed was $100.00 even after our crazy amazing insurance! She called and asked if we wanted them to order it. We did have them order it. She is so sweet and always amazing she is my Favorite! I am not even kidding i would follow her to another pharmacy if she left. Over all I do enjoy this pharmacy but there is room for improvement with the pharmsists Michal and Becky!

If i could give zero stars i would! I asked the parmacyst to write a note and sign it that i could self carry cough drops to school tomorrow as our public school now reqyers that ! Mis name was Mike stark the pharmacy Manager he refused and suguested i call the doctor. And have them fax it to the school because it is sunday nothing is open! This is my final straw with this place and back to walgreens i go!

99% of the time I find exactly what I am looking for, and so far my prescriptions have been ready exactly when they say they are. I reccomend shopping here is at all possible :)

Absolutely Horrible, they told me it would take 15 minutes. I sat in the car for 40 minutes just to walk up and them tell me i can't pick up the scrip till 5 days later. I wasted 40 minutes of my time and im late to work.
