Definitely the worst apartment complex ever. If you are looking at this and see this review count it as a blessing and DO NOT MOVE IN!!! I’m still not sure why they have even mediocre reviews with the dump of a complex this is. All of the pictures online of apartments are false, and staff will refuse to help in anyway possible. Absolutely no pros to living here. Even if this apartment is one of the only in your budget, expand it and live somewhere else. It’s not worth it!!!

By far and beyond the very worst apartment I have ever lived in and wouldn’t wish living here on anyone else. The first day we moved into our apartment the entire thing was dirty, with them just claiming the cleaners missed it. Not sure how that works. The workers here were never friendly at all or helpful in anyway always claiming, nothing they can do. Please do not live here, you will regret it every single day. And be careful with the lease there are random things if not read fully that will come to bite you in the end. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

Goose poop everywhere! Pool is never open on a holiday weekend!!
It’s Labor Day weekend and pool is not open. How long does it take to take a chain off the gate? Today is Sunday and the pool is closed the chain is still locked at 1:30 pm. Poor management!! Pay to much to live here for things not to be open.
This place is a joke!!! So many people won’t rent here the only people that will rent here are foreigners cause they don’t know any better!! You are guys are steeling from the residents. Rent is way to expensive to have nothing here

I won't recommend this place to anyone. There are goose poop everywhere and management doesn't bother to take care of it even after complaining couple of times. There have been spiderweb and goose poop in breezeway as well. We were out of heater for almost 3 weeks in winters. The lady at the front desk management team is highly unprofessional and shows least interest to answer any of your queries

It's probably the one of the best apartment complex, very safe and very clean. Nice neighboors, there is nothing bad to say about it at all. Especially the pool was the best area for my daughter to play. The stuff clean the pool almost every other day. Super comfy place to live. Thank you guys.

Unsanitary, goose poop everywhere, spiderwebs and bugs outside apartment buildings, poop all over mailboxes, pool never sanitized, management is lazy. Doesn’t answer front desk, have to go into. Just look at reviews and any good reviews are fake.

no AC for months.. DONT MOVE HERE.. even if you can’t find anywhere else!! You will regret it!! DIRTY AND NASTY. FRONT DESK NEVER ANSWERS, you have to go inside to talk to them. The manager is lazy and nasty! Sammie the front desk worker is incompetent, lives in the complex so she’s lazy, and always has an attitude to do her job

There are numerous things I could say about living here but the single biggest issue are the geese. There are dozens that call the lakes here home and nothing is done to control their population. There is a walking trail around one of the lakes but it is completely unusable because it is always caked in goose poop, so much that you can't avoid it by stepping around. It is literally everywhere across the property. Management does absolutely nothing to control the goose population or clean up the poop and residents actually feed the geese, making the problem so much worse. I have actually seen people leave their building, call the geese in front of another building and feed them there. The amount of goose poop has to be a hazard for people with children and/ or animals that need to go on walks. It's so unsanitary and disgusting and something needs to be done.

Why do you mallards inspect the house after we vacate to other town tho we were told you wud inspect while we are there.——so that you can charge extra amount on final statement and make us pay blackmailing that it would be moved to collection department otherwise.We lived for 3 months you say 400$ due pay though we settled everything till our stay date before we vacated. We called 30 times at least for inquiry no courtesy to call back?Its a legal robbery?

In this hot summer our cooling system is not working, when we ask them to fix it they say they will fix it today but unfortunately they don't, living in this heat without cooling system is like hell, on top of that we have kids it's for their health too bad, we have been begging them to fix it for weeks but unfortunately to no avail, after paying such a high price, the service should be commensurate in my opinion, I would not recommend anyone to live here!!!
