Worst prices ever. Not really worth going in anymore. Idk who’s in charge of pricing but they need to take a step back and remember it’s a thrift store, not consignment or where you can charge more than retail.

The vibes are absolutely horrible. Employees, have nasty attitudes. They make you feel like you’re a bother to them if you ask for something. Not to mention Goodwill prices are outrages! Think I’m gonna stick to St. Vincent de Paul at least they aren’t picky about what they take in…that they get for FREE!!

Hit or miss, and if I were to go in there1 time/month (which really is my average), you see so many of the same items you’ve seen over and over. Also, what is with that pricing? I don’t know if the greediness is coming from the top down, or individual GW’s name their own price (?), but, REALLY? I don’t think you should be pricing according to name brand, but group pricing based on what the item is…..I.e. Shoes start at $10, Housewares at $5, toys at $5, then after they’ve been there a week start marking them down. Once they are down to $1, if nobody buys them, time to get them out of the store. Something like that. Yes, it may require hiring another person to keep up with it. Maybe not ?♀️You guys need to get it together in this regard. It really is ridiculous and out of control.

The store smells absolutely disgusting now that they have installed a million perfume machines everywhere. It's so unbearably migraine inducing. Shame on Goodwill for barring people who actually need to breathe from shopping their store. I was in for all of 5 minutes and still taste that toxic chemical scent in the back of my throat. Unacceptable and dangerous.

Beautifully renovated, bright and cheery, well laid out and easily find everything you're looking for as well as things you didn't know you needed. Such a pleasure to shop here all the while knowing my dollars go towards a better cause vs. some bottom line. Thank you!!!

First time checking out the new remodeling they did. They have no public bathroom available for shoppers. The prices were insanely high for donated items. Shoes for $50 and $60 come on now. For less you can shop Macys ,Dillard's, Jcpennys and get brand new items..They have no help ringing customers up and watch and beware they rang 3 of my items up for the wrong price. They are about 45 minutes away I'm not making the trip back.

Can’t wait for the store to reopen. I’m wondering if you guys have any idea of an reopening date so I can plan to come.

Went in to check out the new "remodel". I would suggest that the managers of the store discuss prices and realize who the customer base is. No one coming in to this store wants to drop $20 on a pair of shoes. From Goodwill. I can find the same kids soccer cleats at Dicks on sale for $20. Get to know your customer base.

I love the store and was wondering when the reopening date is because I thought it was opening back up at the beginning of the month

Do NOT drop off in pm . The lady there refuses everything . Every time I come she looks first at my stuff then decides that today she is not taking them without total disregard to what I have . Each day the rules are different . If you come early in am and ask the staff about it they say it is not true we just do not take furniture . And that the afternoon lady is just lazy and she dies not want to do any work so she asks people to leave and puts her own rules

I think you should bring the 50% off birthday gift back. 50% off Saturdays and other deals make it fun to shop for your overpriced items. Their is no consistency to the pricing. You think just because it has tags on it you need to mark up the price. You want to know why you have a line out the door waiting for you to open they are hoping to find a nice treasure or they really need clothes and you have all the great donations marked up to department store prices. I shake my head at prices sometimes but I may still buy it. I’m not the one needing a break. I’m sorry I refuse to donate my things to the store, I’d rather give them to family’s that really need them.I think you need to reconsider your benefits for employees also. I don’t know if you realize this but 12$ Won’t get you anything. And the discount is a joke it should be at least 50% off and they should be able to shop there. Everyone seems so sad there. I actually one time had a cashier get angry at me because I was waiting in line when they told me to but by the time I got to her 4 mins after close all I got was attitude. That lady still works at Loveland store went to get in her line today and she stressed out said, the other cashier can take care of you even though they had the same number of guest in the line.I just really hope you can improve the store make it a place where EVERYONE wants to be. Thank you.
