Woman at front tends to be rude and cold to people, multiple times I've had her be rude to me for no reason, she was short with me when I asked about the trainer to try a consult for my dog. The lobby area is dangerously enclosed at the very front making it hard for people with agressive dogs to get through the doors when another dog may be leaving. And the dock diving area is so dangerous, I take my dog occasionally to get puppy energy out, but the ramps are wooden and have gaps where a dog could break their leg or get it caught, and the ramp itself has a matt on it to cover the wood however they nailed it down, and it clearly isn't padded well because every time my dogs paws have been incredibly sore and red and scratched up. They let sick dogs into group, and I only know that because of when I called to ask if my dog could board after he had a surgery on his tail but she suggested group and he shouldn't have been allowed in a group setting because he was in pain, agressive to other nosey dogs, and just not in a good mood. But they really wanted to push me into group boarding.. not a great facility.

She does a perfect job on all of our schnauzers. Her work also includes nails and ears. The dogs love her.

Pet Nation Lodge only cares about money! They will overbook so dogs will have to stay in small cages when they advertise "large spaces". They also advertise that the play area is supervised when it never is! They have multiple (when I say multiple I mean 20+) dogs without updated shot records everyday! This facility should not be open! Even if a dog is sick and needs quarantined they do not care! They will not make space to quarantine a dog because it makes less room for more dogs to be boarded! They only care about the money coming in!

I picked up my 9 month old pup after a 9 day stay and he had kennel cough. I get that this happens and I would not have been upset but they said nothing, gave me no feedback regarding the stay and when I asked the front end worker said they would let me know when they brought his food up and then an assistant brought an empty bag up and knew nothing about his stay. Aside from the cough, he was a mess. It was if he had not been out the entire time. I can't recommend which is unfortunate because it looks like it should be a great place on the outside.

We used to use Pet Nation at least once a week starting in 2009 until 2016 when we moved further away. We loved it here. Well this will be the last time we use them. We scheduled our older dog to board during spring break. Knowing they would be busy we called 4-5 week prior to our spring break. My husband had a long convo with them about him being older now (15.5) and just needing a more chill environment and not around other dogs. He updated all our info with them (new address, etc). When my husband went to drop him off they had no record of our reservation and said they couldn't take him. We literally were leaving in less than 10 hours to go out of town and had no possible back up plan. After some pushing they agreed to take him. Our nanny picked him up and he was covered in p**** He smelled horrible and she sent us pictures of dried p*** all over him. It's apparent he was not cared for well and I'm so disappointed this was the same place we used to always go to. I will never take him or any other dog back here.

This kennel is absolutely horrible. Against my better judgment I let them take care of my dogs for 3 days. The first time on Dec 2021 one of my three dogs suffered from kennel cough. I dismissed this as bad luck since I have never had a dog with this condition. Just this month March 2022 Two of my dogs stayed there for 3 nights. None of my dogs are eating like they should. They were sent with their own food. One dog came home with diarrhea and the other one has been vomiting for 4 days now. I called the kennel to report what is going on with my dogss and all he could say was I challenge you to find a cleaner kennel. He said my dogs probably picked it up somewhere else. My dogs don't socialize with other dogs because of my own handicap and only were exposed at this kennel. He told me I should find another kennel. No offer to help or take any responsibility. I paid a lot of money to bring home sick dogs. Shame on me for bringing them back after the kennel cough incident. They came recommended. Horrible recommendation. Great if there are no issues. Horrible if you expect them to address problems. Boarder be ware. My dogs were healthy before Pet Nation.

Absolutely horrible experience. This place came very highly recommended to us and we called about a 2 week boarding right after the holidays. To test it, we had our puppy stay one night before our trip. He was returned smelling absolutely awful but we chalked it upto bring a fluke but we had to bathe him immediately. We decided to board him for 2 weeks with them. He was neutered right before we boarded him but they said as long as he was 10 days out from neutering he'd be fine to stay. Well, turns out they didn't put him in daycare at all because of his wounds which was not what they told us would be the case. He also was so matted after being there that we had to shave him. Lastly, he was so dirty and smelled so horrible we had to bathe him immediately, couldn't have even taken him home because he smelled so terrible. He also destroyed his bed while there and no one mentioned it. Prior to boarding him we did a consult with the Dog Wizard who was rude, indignant and ridiculously overpriced as I had friends who used them just a month or two before we chatted and was a fraction of the cost. The last strike was when we took him for daycare for 4 hours this past weekend. I went to pick him up and was mentioning how disappointed we were in the boarding experience. As we were talking, they brought my dog out who was completely black (he's a white dog) and smelled heinous. My husband and I were both visibly upset and the front desk woman continued to bill me for his daycare visit. I mentioned we wouldn't be coming back and all she said was "I'm sorry." As far as I know, my dog was inside playing and smelled/looked terrible which only tells you what the conditions inside must be like. They've made zero attempt to remedy the situation. Absolutely terrible experience, do not go here.

I know my pets are well taken care of in Lisa and her team's care. If you're looking for a flea bath, nail trim, or a beautiful cut this is THE place to go.

Terrible care of our golden retriever! Who they sent home sick after a 10 Day stay! Who is currently fighting a severe infection of Pneumonia! Needs oxygen tank two different prescriptions and steroids or euthanized due to the situation. He's 1yrs old weighted 97lb UTD on all shots very fit loving dog. We picked him up yesterday. Rushed him to the vet today, he's not aloud out side because he can't breath! Needs oxygen tank. May have to be euthanized after your care! Lost 15lb in 10 days. Completely unacceptable when we picked up him up from Pet Nation the Owner told us himself that our dog had a cough because of the water!! Do you clean the dog water bowls hourly or no? Especially after the summer heat. When was the last time the pool was cleaned? what chemicals are in the pool? You could let us know that you had over 100 DOGS in the play area this weekend! We thought the pool idea was great for our dog who loves to swim but not when your staff can't do the job correctly! Your staff and your facility is not equipped to handle that nor take care of the animals with the responsibilities that is intended and told to us when we are paying!!! NEVER LEAVE your DOG at LET DOWN PET NATION!. You could've at least had the decency to check on the dog that you've almost killed.. you'll be hearing from me!
