Mike and Rana were awesome! Treated me like family and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. No BS fees and an honest price. I came from out of state and they made sure the car was completely ready knowing I had an eight hour drive home. Love the car and the buying experience! Would definitely buy from Landen Motors again even though I live in a different state.

Bought a 2016 VW GTI off Andy. On test drive noticed a low oil light went off. Andy assured me it was from a bad sensor. He replaced the sensor when I bought it. It went off again, he said it was from a leaky oil pan plug (which was loose from his mechanics not replacing it, ultimately masking the true problem)
I got the light again 2 months after purchase and the problem being "fixed" with assurances on Andy's "word" that it was a good engine. This time I take it to Dubwerx in Cincinnati. They do an oil pressure test and find metal shaving in my oil filter. Recommend a new long block, and complete engine replacement for 6k.
I go to Andy. His solution, but an after-warranty protection plan so when the engine detonates, I am covered... basically fraud. No help from him. His word means nothing. I made 3 payments on the GTI before I had to trade into a dealership with negative equity because of the code it kept throwing in the ECU.
PAY 500 DOLLARS FOR A MECHANIC TO GO THRU THE CAR WITH EVERY DIAGNOSTIC KNOWN TO MANKIND. HIS WORD MEANS NOTHING

Make sure you get warranty information in writing. Good experience on a “100% like new” vehicle until I needed the warranty they gave me (3 month/3,000 mile). First go around, ON MY WAY HOME WITH MY NEW CAR, I had several dash lights pop up. They immediately took it in and fixed the issues and even gave me a loaner (Hyundai Elantra with cigarette burns in the seats). However, in fixing the issues, several safety features no longer work such as blind spot warning and automatic brights. Then spring hits and out come the bugs. I thought my windshield washer reservoir was empty and purchased fluid only to find there’s NO RESERVOIR. With spring comes some warmer weather and the A/C won’t turn on. Come to find out the compressor is bad and needs replaced. When I contacted Mike for repairs, he then asks for the warranty I received in writing. He didn’t give it to me in writing. I believe he knows that, which is why he didn’t ask for it for earlier (cheaper) repairs.
If they’re as good as they say they are, these Major issues wouldn’t have gone unnoticed which leaves two options. 1) they aren’t as good as they express. 2) they blatantly ignored Major issues and lied about the condition of the vehicle, then didn’t provide the warranty in writing to avoid costly repairs.
Proceed with caution.

Attempted to purchase a 17 year old car through them. And spoke with Rana, and the Acura was listed for 12.7k already really high for a 2007 Acura with almost 100k miles. But anyways I received the OTD from Rana and it was 13.9k cool but that doesn’t include shipping. So I asked if possible to do 13k OTD with shipping already VERY generous for this year of TL I should be offering 9k at most. Anyways she says I can do “13.5k BEST OFFER” and I was like okay cool I asked “does it include shipping” and she proceeds to laugh and say “LOL NOOOO” real professional for out of state buyers I’m willing to pay a huge up charge for this already ridiculous priced Acura but you proceed to Laugh. Well done Rana on loosing yourself a sell and possibly a good commission from that crazy listing price.

Purchasing a vehicle from Mike, Rana and team was an outstanding experience. This was by far the easiest... least stressful car purchase EVER! I can’t give this place enough praise! Rena was so much fun which really helped make the whole car buying process a lot less stressful. But more importantly, she really CARES about her customers and so does the owner, Mike! Rena took care of me through the whole process from start to finish. When I purchased my car from them I realized a few days later (on the first really warm day of the year) when I had to turn on my AC that it wasn’t blowing very cold which was a huge concern for me because working AC was a MUST have on my checklist there was no exception to this one. Immediately I was worried since I had already purchased the car but the moment I reached out to Rena that day she immediately reassured me that they would get it taken care of for me whatever it may need. Long story short, turned out it needed a whole new compressor and Rena (and the owner Mike) made sure everything was taken care of they ordered the part for me and got me scheduled in with their mechanic right away! They didn’t hesitate and they didn’t try to screw me over or question me at all. It’s very obvious that this dealership is not here to screw you over and they don’t just care about the money they TRULY care about their customers they have incredible values here!! Rena was such a sweetheart from start to finish and made the stressful car buying experience as smooth and easy as it could get. I HIGHLY recommend that you take your business to Landen Motors and trust me when I say, you will not regret it and you don’t have to worry about getting screwed here because THIS dealership run on a set of values that puts their customers best interest FIRST!!! Absolutely love landen motors!!! Rana and the team are literally the best people!!! Traded in a jeep grand cherokee for a bmw x5 back in 2021. Then recently just traded the x5 in for a lexus. I will forever buy from Landen Motors!!They are so welcoming and upfront about everyrhing!! Rana is literally THE BEST!!! If could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!! I love this place!!

I live in the neighborhood so I decided to stop by Landen motors. I looked at so many dealers not sure why I didn’t come here sooner. I purchased a car yesterday from Landen motors but this morning I woke up with regret. I called Rana this morning and I guess she could tell that I was not happy with my purchase so she said, “Bob, you can bring the car back if you want to because I want you to be happy.” This is a family owned business and everyone treated me very well. And I must say that they have a wonderful selection of nice cars and reasonably priced, very competitive with all the other cars I was looking at in this price range. Rana is wonderful and went out of her way to help me with all my repeated questions lol.. I highly recommend them!
