The manager Alisha was very disrespectful and rude to me when I was unable to scan an item because of a barcode error. When she was leaving after scanning the item she muttered “idiot cant scan bread” I was caught by this remark as I did not know what i did to receive this reaction and response for being unable to scan an item. It seems when I come in here theres always an issue with management.

The Miami Township Kroger is close by, just the right size, and has everything you need. It’s the only grocer offering the only way to cook salmon, in a a bake-ready bag. The friendly counter attendant seasons the fish and adds lemon slices, garlic, butter, and fresh herbs before sealing it. Dinner will be ready In about 30 minutes depending on the weight. Kroger's checkout app is extremely convenient. It recognizes your face and produces a QR code to scan at the register, there is no need for anything more. Your credit, and Kroger Plus card information are stored and ready for use. The check-out attendants are very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

When did the deli counter stop using numbers? Why must u be held hostage to watch how slowly the deli moves instead of using the number system so I can shop instead of standing there wasting my time???

The staff are all friendly and helpful. Never crowded. Easy to get in and out. I love being able to pick up my prescriptions out of state Krogers when I'm traveling.
