I was totally humiliated by a cashier at this store! I shopped there for years- started out every week, then every 2, And decided once a month would work. I spend 4 or 5 hundred dollars everytime I shopped.
My debit card had some fraudulent activity shown and we closed the account out. While waiting for a new debit card, I had to use a personal check- the store would not honor my check- now I understand this is not something I usually do so it was not recognized by them so instead of explaining this to me the cashier SCREAMS- "ITS BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE ANY MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT!"
I was so embarrassed and humiliated I was in tears. I went to my bank and got the money- had them (bank) print out a balance on bank letterhead to show the cashier I DID have more that enough money to pay for the groceries.
She laughed at me and said, " Oh honey, I knew you had money." I said , " well you sure let everyone in line think I didn't- when you screamed "I didn't have any money in my account!"
Then she tried to hug me and I jerked away.
When I went to the service desk to pay my $589.43 bill, I told the clerk, "I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life!" I was shaking so hard and crying I couldn't even count the money for him. I've never been back and I never will! I know my $6000.plus doesn't mean a thing to them.

Went to this location to buy high noons today and being 27 and 38, were denied the sale because they thought the ID’s we’re fake, one they said the hologram was smeared which it’s not and the other is out of state and they felt uncomfortable believing it as I haven’t transferred it from Indiana yet. The three employees snatched them out of our basket and made us go back home to get a passport, which we did. We then came back and asked to finish the sale politely and Jessie still gave a ton of attitude when she cashed us out. Very rude staff and attitudes were unnecessary. Will not be returning as the staff members are always unpleasant. They also never have lanes open so the self service lanes are a must, if I have to scan my own items, I can scan my own ID and the machine can judge it for itself.

Today had to make sure i got my kroger card and discounts. Today. ADAM was great and fixed everything.

Produce is not fresh, often limited to only certain vegetables. Otherwise, the store is clean and staff is friendly.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
This Kroger usually only has one staffed lane open. Today they had three people working that lane while every self service lane was flashing. They all saw what was happening but tried to pretend they didn’t notice. When we approached the customer service desk, we were blown off with a , “we’ll get there when we can.
I waited for 5-10 minutes to get help. I will now drive to the nicer Kroger which is 5 minutes further from my house as they have a much wider selection and much better customer service.
The time I waste waiting at this Kroger for the staff who clearly doesn’t care, will be saved by driving to the other Kroger 5 minutes further.

Pay your workers more and increase staff. I waited an hour before I had to leave and they weren’t able to get to me in that time.I’m switching pharmacies since they clearly cannot meet demand.

Horrid customer service. Cashier was rude and didn’t acknowledge us. She was a shorter woman with what I think was a nose stud. She didn’t help her bagger bag groceries and even though our stuff was backed up from the bagger trying to go fast the cashier started a new order/customer and got our stuff mixed up and then tried giving the guy our stuff. Didn’t say anything not once to us. Also put a bunch of stuff not in bags and just in the cart

Staff are helpful and professional. Wish corporate would broaden this locations footprint. Due to limited space, many products aren't available here but it's still my go-to each week.

Never have cash registers open. And when you're at self checkout you're made to feel like a criminal. They are more expensive then other krogers. Self checkout cashiers are RUDE.

Using a different location. Krogers Technicians are incompetent. Thats the second time I went to receive prescriptions, and they somehow canceled my kids medication so now I have to wait even longer. Who ever the Brown Hair tech is you're a joke ,change professions
