To the smoke shop owner ... stop putting price stickers on stuff , it took me 2 hours to scrub adhesive off a pipe ..... why , why do you need to ruin nice brand new glass by putting stickers on it .. also selection at the shop is slim

terrible store, they took money from me when offering a trade because a torch they sold me didn’t work and then called me a liar and banned me from the store when i pointed out that they over charged me. don’t trust this staff

I had a fantastic experience at King's Smoke Shop! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and expertise. The shop has a great selection, and I felt well-informed and confident in my purchases. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

Also would give zero if I could I thought vip over charged for their products this place has them beat the glass house is were it's at for products they charge 10 for kings is charging 30 will never shop here ever! ??

Good items and good prices. I liked the shop they owned where I used to live and am glad to have found this one where my new place is. I'm so happy I couldn't wait to leave the store to give a review. Plus the guy is really nice.

Sold me a defective piece of equipment. It worked for one day. No one was inside the store when i arrived. Some employee came in and got the manager. She played around with it and told me to send it to manufacturer they do not accept returnsLook at the other reviews. Same story. Arrogantly dismissive and total rip off. This is their accepted mode of a total lack of respect for customer

I purchased an item from the store foe 19.99. It worked one week. I went back to the store for an exchange. The manager tried to charge it but she could not wven get it to work. After standing around in the storw whike she fooled around i left with a defective merchandise. Do not go to this store. They will not exchange. They could care less and the manager and the employee were borh outside when i walkex into the store
