I am a former employee. They demand their workers to work a hour a week free without pay. That might not seem like a lot, but that’s more than a week free work a year. I have a lot of experience in this field of work, and this is by far the worst company I could’ve been a part of. Dan D. (Vice president) preaches that they are all about safety, but working off the clock is a clear violation of law. From my short stint of employment there, I have learned that the vice president has a history of making his employees work while off the clock. If that doesn’t tell you the type of person that is in charge there, I don’t know what will. He is very arrogant, self obsessed, annd does not care about your health or well being like he preaches. Worst individual I’ve ever met. I feel bad for the older workers he has taken advantage of for all these years. This place needs serious investigation for Labor law violations.

This company was hired by I dont know who to put fiber optic cable in my neighborhood. A week later i have no 240v running to my house because the cut my power supply line while drilling. And they saw it because it was found by duke energy re digging up the hole where they placed their pipe over top of said cut line. Along with my electric problem it also blew the smart meter. As this is on going im anxious to see how fast this gets resolved

Very poor attention to safety. I drove through a construction site weeks back and tried to let them know they needed cones and signs to alert drivers, possibly a flagger. The bucket truck was blocking a lane and just parked in the road. Guy was in it without a harness or hardhat on. I spoke respectfully and politely to one of the 4 guys watching the bucket guy work about needing signs and cones. He basically told me to &*%$ off and mind my own business. Not professional at all. Poor safety too.
