We have had our personal account with them for 30 years. Never a problem. We have had our business account with them for 25 years. Again no issues. The place is clean and friendly. Always willing to help. 5 of our 6 kids also bank with them.

The rude tellers and manager would not deposit a business check because the letters Inc. were not on the back of the check. However there is a DBA on the account so several different renderings of the same business name can be deposited in the account. The workers at this branch took great joy in depriving me from making a deposit into a business account. Huntington bank is the worst, I would never bank with them again. Furthermore the place was dirty and had bugs!

We haves tried at least 3 other local banks and Huntington is the most friendly, efficient, and thorough! They are the best in the area!

ATM took my money for a deposit and canceled transaction. I'm still figuring things out with customer support but it's very inconvenient to deal with that.

I showed up to get a title notarized at around 4:20 pm. The teller was very nice and asked if I would mind waiting because the notary was with a customer. I waited 30 minutes. The notary came out and rudely told me “I can’t help you. You’ll have to make an appointment.” I work tomorrow and leave Monday for vacation so it was very inconvenient but made appointment for Saturday. The main thing was she was incredibly rude.

Excellent service. Even if I am sometimes closer to other branch, I will make an effort to go to this branch. I think every negative review here is unwarranted. Nevertheless, once I had a completely isolated negative experience with a male cashier who no longer works in that branch (he accused me of receiving extra $100 and not reporting that and he treated me like every black person like me is treated by this type of individual: derisively and disrespectfully) but he will not, by any means, tarnish the work of the other customer service representatives and manager who go out of their way every day. They still get my 5 stars: one incident does not tarnish an outstanding trajectory (been a customer since 2016).

When my wife and I were first trying to open a small business, Huntington was there when other banks were unable to help us get started. Over 11 years later, we have all of our personal and business accounts in Huntington Bank.This branch is filled with people that are very helpful and happy. Due to my business, I am in this location at least twice a week to make deposits and get change, and I come away with every interaction very happy. Dare I say, I look forward coming to the bank and running "one of those errands" because they deliver such great customer service.

Beyond ridiculous absolutely a rip off if you don't have an account they just charged me $10 to cash $150 check that was from their Bank a Huntington check

Horrible customer service , I’m a client of the Huntington but always use other branches , went to cash my paycheck at the drive thru , They made me wait for a 30 min and at the end told me that my ID have a problem and they couldn’t cash my paycheck , even asked if I did this before and if I’m having problem with my ID ?
