This is my go to place for car repairs. Friendly, listen to you regarding car repairs and repeat back to you what needs to be done. Love them

I just went for an oil change based on a flyer in the mail. Making an appointment was super easy, and then the lounge was really comfortable with nice amenities to wait in.
One thing I really like and will keep me coming back - they sent a full inspection report on my car with pictures and details about everything they checked. Customer service in the shop was great!

Took my 2011 Mazda Tribute into service for ABS and TCS lights coming on for no reason and ABS actually engaging sporadically. Honest-1 communicated over text with me providing explanations of their diagnostics, including pictures. They also communicated when new parts had arrived and when repairs were complete. I was not familiar with what they found as the cause for my issue so they took the time to explain it to me and were patient (they had to explain more than once). Overall a pleasant experience and on-time service. I will use them again.

Honest-1Auto Care is really not that honest!!!
My husband and I have taken our cars to Gregory’s Auto on Beech Road for oil changes for the past 30 years and to the Toyota dealerships for more involved computerized needs. Gregorys has recently gone out of business and left a lot of us searching for an honest and trustworthy new automobile business.
I decided to give Honest-1 Auto Care a chance and I went in to their shop a few weeks ago and introduced myself in person and made an appointment for Friday, August 30th at 1 pm. I expressed at that time how I would need to leave by 2 pm so I could make it to another appointment. I was reassured that would NOT be a problem.
When Friday, August 30th came, I received a reminder about my appointment (which I didn’t need because I had it in my calendar and was looking forward to getting the appointment off my list).
I showed up at 1:01pm. I came inside and expected them to begin my oil change shortly. I inquired how long it would take because I had decided to walk next door to the Dollar Tree store…I was told one hour. I left and when I returned at 1:30 pm my car was still not being serviced. When I asked what was up at the counter he mumbled something about the oil change in front of me running late…but he neglected to mention that to me when I dropped off the car. I asked how can you do the oil change if it takes an hour as previously stated. He then said they could put a rush on it and get it done. This made me feel uncomfortable but I had already spent time trying to get this appointment scheduled and completed, so I said ok and sat down in the lobby. It was at this time I noticed a guy sitting in my car in the parking lot and I tried to be patient but at 1:40 pm he was still sitting in the car, so I approached the counter and told them I was leaving. I had another appointment I had scheduled and I wasn’t interested in a 15 minute rush oil change. As I was getting my car from the guy as he was finally pulling it up (I think they called or text him while he was still sitting in my car in the parking lot). I asked him why he was starting my car so late and after a long blank stare he said “We had a long lunch meeting.” Ok, so one of them is not being honest. He also said “I can rush your oil change for you.” Ummm No thx :(
If only they would have used the reminder call to let me know how late they were going to be…I would have not wasted my time - I could have rescheduled. Apparently, in their eyes, my time was not as important as theirs. I mean there were four or five people working behind the desk, surely if customer care was important or if they would have believed me when I said I had to leave at 2 pm they wouldn’t have taken me or my time for granted and someone could have notified me. But, they blew it and lost my future business and all the potential business of my family, friends, and neighbors that all used to go to Gregory’s!
Honest -1 Auto Care can reply and dispute or say whatever…but everything above is facts!
And this is my first ever review- I was just trying to save someone else from wasting their time.
And after reading the other low reviews- it seems I’m not the only person this has happened to at their shop!
I’m glad they showed me at my first appointment- how they really are- they say they are different and they care but they really don’t!!!
It’s a shame too because I’m still looking for a new place that will treat me with respect and honor their word!!
I wouldn’t take a chance on this place:(

Very helpful employees. I only needed air in a low tire, and they took care of it. When I need a car repair or new tires, I will definitely give them a try.

Worst experience ever. I went there as they said free repair estimate on call. They didn't even lift up my vehicle for inspection but given an estimate of $2754 for power steering leak fix on my Chevy Traverse. It was just a waste of time. I got that fixed for $690 elsewhere.

I have to say I love the pictures and full description of what needed fixed. Knowing that my car is safer to drive makes me feel happy. The cost of the repairs was affordable to me as a single mother. I will be going back whenever my car needs anything.

I had my Honda Accord in for new front brakes in March 2024. I spent around $500 for the service. After a few days of my new brakes making loud sqeaky noices and it wasn't braking correctly, I took my car back to them to them to let them know. They insisted they were fine. I went to the Honda Dealersip in xenia ohio and found out the front brakes they installed were cheap after market brake pads, and they did not replace break rotors. I am having to spend another $500 to have the brakes done correctly. I will never have them work on my car again.

I really enjoyed my first experience here at Honest 1. Every staff member was very polite. They are reasonably priced and didn’t take very long with my car. I will be back!

First time there. Very accommodating. I review all places before selecting and all I have read and was told is true. Very thorough and full report on car. Showed me some things to watch in the future but didn't try to sell me on anything like some try and do. Will definitely go back.

Those folks went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back on the road safely. They even offer a shuttle service and car rental so I didn’t have to miss any work or bum rides. They are very professional and don’t do any work without your authorization. They are my new mechanics. Very detailed estimates and right on par with national price averages.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They overcharge and there coupons are worthless. They will find a way to make the price high enough that the coupon doesn’t help. I paid them $180 for a break inspection and engine diagnostic and left with more questions than answers. They told me it would be $1,890 to fix my front brakes and engine issues then told me they didn’t really know what was wrong with the engine it would be just a possible solution. I went to another shop and they fixed the engine issue and the brakes for $980. They are kind and will straight rob you with a smile on they face PLEASE DONT WE A CHUMP LIKE I ALMOST WAS!!! I highly recommend finding another place to service your vehicle Christian Brothers is even worse so don’t go to them either.
