These people are scam artists. We talked to them face to face about a late fee. They said they would drop it. We are still receiving notices demanding payment. They can hurt your credit through their ineptitude. Stay away from these people at all costs.

Don’t bother trying to call this location or Eastgate. No one ever answers. Rings, then eventually I hear a button click there is music, and rings again… I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to answer a phone.Also, important detail I have called at all hours of the day so no I’m not just calling when they’re busy.As a company love GE Credit Union but the branches around here are an actual joke.Edit: I have increased my review from 1 to 3 stars. I hope to increase this to 5 at some point. The manger reached out with an apology and some helpful phone extensions. Hopefully, their newer staff care more. If I indeed am able to get a hold of the branch in the future I hope to increase.

Nice people but cardholder services is a nightmare- I was told my card was ordered, waited 2 weeks, then checked with another person who said it was never ordered. When I use the card, it worked once then was blocked without reason. The credit union didn’t understand why and the transaction didn’t even show up. Are they offered was to send yet another card with 7 to 14 business days

No one answer. When they did answer no one say anything not please then wait music come on and that was it. Later the phone was hung up. Call the help desk to report fraudulent charge service super slow ask for 16 digit number , name on card hen wait wait and they hung up

Had to stop in three times to completely close my loan. They started charging me fees for the account that they did not close.(probably regular practice and part of their f the customer program)Beware of scammers!

They are absolutely amazing! They take their time to answer questions or just to say Hello. Very friendly and caring and Helpful to your needs. I give 5 stars I would give 10 if it were an option..

My credit union had been bout out by a local credit that just couldn’t get their act together so we switched to General Electric. We were so glad that we did. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect friendly, knowledgeable customer service. And that’s what we get with General Electric. I’m grateful we found them.

I needed to work with Alex at the office on multiple occasions. He was very pleasant and understanding to work with at a difficult time for myself. I am very happy with the service and follow-up and will continue to work with GECU. Thank you very much, sincerely meant.

I would really recommend banking literally anywhere else. The bank Manager, Dan, not only thinks he's better than you, he knows it. Not at all willing to make an effort to be helpful, but more than willing to be spiteful.
