Can NOT brag enough about my experience at the Fields Ertel Store. Clean, pleasant workers, never feel bombarded as you do at other stores. You can look, walk around leisurely and not feel any pressure. I've gone twice now for different pieces and Dinara Kurmanova is the best. She's so good at picking different pieces, fabrics and colors that work with what you are looking for. Highly HIGHLY recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the service and selection at this Furniture Fair. Mary Stage was very helpful, and this was the second purchase we made from her. We ultimately picked a chair with custom fabric and should have it in approximately 5 weeks.

The store was set up very smartly. Divided up to showcase areas. I easily found the items I was looking for, As well as an outdoor area rug.

Update 5/13/25:They asked me to reach out to someone to resolve the issue. They have yet to respond to a single email after 3 weeks.Also, there has been 0 contact from the warranty people after almost a month. They agreed that they need to fix the motor in the couch but have had zero contact since.I am now changing my review from 2 stars to 1.Original review:Do not buy the protection plan. They will tell that it covers everything. They make it sound like you would be dumb not to buy it.Furniture Fair will respond to this review by pointing out they they don't service the protection plan and that is a different company. But, Furniture Fair is the one that sold me this product. Furniture Fair's salesperson pushed it hard.We had two things go wrong at the same time.1. The motor went bad in our recliner and it got stuck in the the reclined position.2. The dogs nail punctured a hole in the other part of our sofa.We filled a claim.Both of which are covered in the policy. They decided that they are not going to cover the dog damage because we filed it with the other claim.They happened 12 hours apart. So we filed them together.There is no path to appeal process for fixing this. Our couch will now have a hole in it until we throw it away.

We bought a $2500 kitchen table with chairs from this store. Within six weeks the top was peeling. We did purchase the extended warranty and when the repair man came out he said “we don’t cover water damage”. So our table is basically ruined and they refused to make things right. He also said “they just don’t make things like they used to!” When buying this table I asked the sales lady twice if it was a good choice for children, etc. she ensured me that this table was top quality. I will never be back to this store which is unforntuate as we own several properties and some are fully furnished when rented.

We were looking for a new couch but had been to many places and hadn't found the right thing. We met Mary Stage, very informative and asked us specifically what we were looking for. She directed us to the right places..she was so helpful but not pushy...allowing us to look, asking questions, showing us fabrics, etc. Ended up finding exactly what we were looking for..plus! We were able to buy a couch, loveseat, chairs and ottoman..and we were able to customize fabrics and sizes.So excited with our purchase. Mary was amazing!
