My husband became his sister’s guardian with all the financial responsibilities that are involved. Lora Gray has been a most valuable assistant in dealing with all the demands that go with it. She is efficient, timely and always positive and helpful. My husband is most thankful he has her guidance and support.

Five plus years with this institution and they closed my savings account in Feb because it went to zero balance for a few days. I called the rep and she indicated there was nothing she could do. I was amazed at the lack of respect for an existing member and decided to move my savings and checking accounts to another financial institution. My credit card was the only existing account, This account gets paid every month 100% before the due date... all five plus years. In July I did not receive a statement which would have been due 8/2. I realized the payment had not been made so i went online and found $66.87 in late fee's and interest charges. The interest charges were calculated on the delinquent dollar amount and on the new charges which were not due to be paid until 9/2. What a racket... I called customer support and waited 45 minutes to be told we can do nothing about it. Again... very rude with little concern for the issue or my business as a member. I told the lady i would be closing my account as soon as i received my final statement and it was paid. She closed the account immediately when i got off the phone which apparently erased my accumulation of 7,480 reward points which i was going to use to pay the interest charges. I find dealing with 5/3 representatives very unprofessional and not easy to work with. Certainly not willing to correct mistakes....I am closing all of my accounts!

Total crooks. Deposited 220.00 of my hard earned cash in the atm and never got credit for it. They said there was no record of it. So upsetting

total Crooks I deposited $220 ATM they say they have no proof of that I told him to pull the cameras I've contacted corporate the bank manager was rude as I cried about my hard-earned money!

Total crooks! Absolutely disturbed by the bank manager and how rude he was and turned his back on me while crying about my hard earned money and the fact that they can't find my $220.00.

When I need help & advice about investments, Brian George is excellent, & often goes above & beyond my expectations. Not "pushy", just offers options & gets it done. For 15+ years, I'm so glad to have his help managing my investments at this 5/3 Bank.

This is the best Fifth Third Bank! Very friendly and they don't ask silly questions to "update your account" when you just need to make a quick deposit. When I have a problem, Jennifer resolves it quickly!
