This is really an outstanding/amazing business. I bought a BMW M Roadster online, without a good maintenance history. I found Elsen's Autohaus on BIMRS.org and called John Jr to let him know when I was coming. I shipped a radiator to him, and flew from San Antonio to CVG and picked up the car. The next morning I was at the business when it opened, with a suitcase full of parts. One of the Andrews then worked 5 straight hours installing the radiator and numerous parts and fluids from rear to front. Incredible job by this team and I'm sincerely grateful for the job they did for me. I highly, highly recommend this business to any and all BMW owners. Thank you again Elsen's Autohaus!!!!

I recently took my two BMWs to Elsen's Autohaus, and I can't speak highly enough about their service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that their team possesses expert knowledge of the BMW brand.
If you own a BMW and are looking for a service center that combines expert knowledge, great customer service, and repairs at a reasonable cost, I highly recommend Elsen's Autohaus. They have earned my trust and will be my go-to for all future BMW needs.

I have taken my BMW X5 and my dad has taken his X3 here for many years. John and John Jr are as fair as they come. They will not take advantage of those with lesser knowledge about their vehicles (ie when, if, how something should be done). I expect to be bringing my business here for many years to come and have referred everyone I can with BMWs.

Was charged $160 more than the dealership for an oil change. They stated they threw in running the codes for my car for free. When I looked and said $260 for an oil change, the gentleman told me they topped my fluids and looked over everything too. Haha. Yea ok.

Elsen's Autohaus quickly diagnosed and repaired our BMWX3 at a great price. Both John and John Jr. were both great communicators and completed the work quicker than we anticipated. Now we feel confident driving this 19 year old car many more worry free miles.
