This was my first personal experience with Mr. Robertson, though my parents have worked with him in the past. My request was to “copy” a family heirloom ring by recycling some of my own broken jewelry and pieces. Not only did he deliver, he went above and beyond. My ring is gorgeous, well-constructed, and I know it’ll last me a lifetime as something to pass on. Mr. Robertson was kind, listened to me, and unlike a lot of other professional men, he didn’t man-splain things to me like I was a child or an idiot. The more “plain” ring in one of the photos is the original that he copied.

I had a ring repaired by Dale Robertson Jewelers and was very pleased with everything about the experience. My husband bought the ring in another city years ago and a stone had fallen out. They were able to replace the stone, repair the damage that caused it to fall out and make it beautiful again. I would definitely do business with them in the future and would recommend them to others. Customer service was great.

First, Mr Robertson made me feel comfortable. For me, buying Jewelry can be intimidating. Working with the owner, knowing he has years of expertise, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience!This was my second visit. I had a heirloom resized. I felt safe giving him my ring. After multiple failed attempts from facet jewelery to repair my wedding ring prongs. I took my wedding ring to Dale Robertson to get my wedding ring repaired. He did a phenomenal and flawless job fixing it. It's worth going the extra distance just to have him repair it. I would highly recommend anyone to go there for jewelry repairs. He has a excellent showcase of rings and jewelry.

I came here in search of an engagement ring with my planned proposal just a few weeks away. Mr. Robertson ordered several diamonds to choose from that all came in under budget and over delivered. He had the perfect setting created exactly as I described to him, and did it all so quickly. I would recommend him to anybody for your engagement ring search.
