Excellent experience. I came in about a half hour before the store closed. Ximena got me through setting up a new phone and service and managed to help other customers through. Best experience I've had in a wireless store. That representative deserves a raise. Good job.

I went to this store because my phone number was suspended. Before I visit this place, I go to a different cricket location no one can help me . So I went to this location, two ladies, ximena and Karina, they help me right way . Very professional and friendly ?

I want to tell you that there are a lot of Uzbek cricket buyers, so before we go to your store, we want you to know that an Uzbek seller will always be an Uzbek seller, but now there is none. other sellers cannot solve our problems. You know, I've been waiting for an Uzbek guy for a week, I met him only on Sunday, it's a bad situation for me and other Uzbek customers, the other sellers don't understand our language, so we ask the shop owner. always be an Uzbek seller for us, otherwise you may lose customers

I've been with cricket for about ten years, never had a problem.For the past few months I don't have internet from about 10am till about 9pm. My wife called cricket and the customer service representative was verbally abusive. I called last week and the customer seevice representative barely spoke English and knew nothing about their service. I hate to make the change but I have to move on.Don't consider Cricket in 2023, their time has come and gone. If someone from Cricker wants to discuss this just let me know.It took two hours to post this review.Edit: I just realized Cricket charges my credit card on the 25th of the month but they start the billing cycle on the 1st of the next month. During that week my internet is throttled down so I pay for a month of unlimited and get three weeks.

Ximena was very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional in helping us update my phone. She definitely knows how to multi-task with several customers coming in while she was helping us. She is a valuable asset to Cricket.

Ximena is very personable to her customers and knowledgable about the products in her store. She made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in choosing and then setting up a new phone for me.I don't know what she is paid but she needs a raise!

Ximena had excellent service she is a very Charming lady and I will make sure to always keep coming back and asking for her only because she really help me out today she was able to transfer all of my data over that had a lot of sentimental value from my brother who had just passed away and she was able to save every single text that meant something to me and every picture
