This is my favorite Tri-State store! Pixie is extremely helpful always! The energy and vibe are very welcoming. Management keeps a nice tidy, filled store. Had to give a shout out to Pixie and my fav Cosmo Prof!!

This is the worst location. Even before the pandemic, the shelves were bare. The customer service is mediocre at best. Now, they just randomly close to the public with no warning, nothing listed on the website. Just a sign on the door. This is why I drive from Mason to either the Hyde Park or Tri-County locations.

Shout out the the young woman with blonde hair that recommended the Malibu CPR treatments for my mom's hair yesterday. We have successfully removed the black dye from her hair and she's so much happier. Thank you for your patience with us and your knowledge! 5 stars

I'm currently a cosmetology student and have been coming here for supplies for my kit and also products to use on myself and dollheads. These girls are amazing. They are knowledgeable and just so so friendly. They are able to make product recommendations and have never led me wrong. And they always have suckers for my kids so they like coming to the Cosmo store too. Love this place. ❤️
