I just got AGAIN amazing help here at Chase fields Ertel. Julie and Amy took care of me as if I was part of their family! I have never had a bad experience at this branch. My dad went to Heaven recently and I needed papers notarized and statements printed and they took the time in a busy Saturday to get ALL of my needs completed with speed and accuracy!! So A++++ again and again to this team of amazing companionate humans!!! Love this branch! ??? ?

They never pick up the call. I am trying to contact them from 2days. One day, I went there for a notary service, and they said their notary worker is off even if it is the middle of the week. One day, I asked to schedule an appointment for opening a business account, and they said they are fully booked for the next 2 weeks. Really? It doesn't seem to me they are busy, this branch is near my home and I visit their at least twice a week for ATM I don't see them busy. I have a personal account with the Bank of America, too, so I can compare services. This branch employee's seems to me just that they don't want to work... they have to fix it. By the way, Ban of America has a person who will direct you to the appropriate employee based on your needs....

Some of the branch employees are very nice. The call center for customer service sucks. Had an account shut do to errors not in my control. Customer service doesn't care. A voice on a phone is all you are to them. This bank will leave you without funds or answers. Shut the door and done.

Thea the banker; did not assist me with adding my spouse. Instead offered to remove my daughter who live in another state then and only then could I add my spouse. Once they went into a branch got removed then, I could add him. OR have everyone come into the branch together which is impossible. I was surprised that those were my only options to add my spouse. She said, sorry nothing I can help you with at this point. I was speechless. More shocked than anything. My bank couldn’t add my spouse. Come on really?

Unfortunately, just another bank. I'm not sure why they only have one person as notary. There was no attempt to help me fit in a time today at 10h00 hrs to get something notarized by end of business day.

A month ago I came to withdraw and I asked for new version of 100 dollars which they did, this new personel black lady did not want to give only 100 dollar bills (I needed newer ones because I was traveling abroad) Never had this issue in any other chase banks....

If you are considering Chase Bank for any type of an account don't walk away run away - They refuse to update anything and your concerns will NOT get addressed - Excuses Excuses Excuses ????????

Always a long wait at the drive thru — even with two lanes opened! Two other cars were in front of me left including myself due to the long wait. Won’t be back at this location.
